I cannot say enough about the great service I have received so far from Power Dry. We had a pipe freeze and burst in our garage, causing pretty extensive damage. They literally came out to an initial survey two hours after I called, and had all the drying equipment set up a couple of hours after that. P.J. is my project manager and he has been fantastic, very friendly and thorough and answered my numerous questions so patiently and kindly. The two equipment techs, Marvin and Colton, were also wonderful. They were so professional, worked diligently and got so much accomplished in just a few hours. They explained the equipment left behind and made sure I know what to expect as this whole process moves forward. Power Dry and their great team have helped me feel much less overwhelmed and scared, and I am so appreciative! I very highly recommend them.

Rod and Tim showed up on time in very bad weather.and made the aftermath of my frozen pipes very easy to deal with. I was extremely frustrated at 5:30 AM when I woke up to water pouring from my ceiling. Anthony PHCE was their by 8:30 and suggested Power Dry . They said they would be there by 2:00 and were very close considering the weather. Had everything cleaned up and fans going by 8:00. Very responsive and efficient. Thank you so much . *I so apologize for posting this well after the fact. Last October, 2025 I awakened to sewage in my basement. The plumber came, unclogged the drain, and then referred me to Power Dry. In less than an hour, Brian arrived and assessed the situation. He explained everything step-by-step and answered all my questions. In less than an hour Crew Chief, Latrell and Technician, Henri were on the scene. Latrell also explained the process and answered my questions. The cleanup process start to finish took about two days, I think. And once completed there was no sign of sewage anywhere!! Brian, Latrell, and Henri were professional, courteous, and prompt. I recommend.

Mitch came out quickly to inspect the areas of concern and brought in certified testers to verify the existence and levels of mold found. He then laid out a detailed plan to remediate, clean and retest all the affected areas in our basement. Mike was very professional during the actual process of removing damaged materials and thoroughly cleaning both the structure and the personal items in the affected areas. His work removing the damaged materials was efficient, but only as destructive as was required. Everyone we worked with arrived when promised (yay!) and kept us apprised of progress during the entire process. Mitch answered our numerous questions following the completion of our job and he discussed options for preventing mold issues in the future. Power Dry’s team of Mitch and Mike (and the testing team they called in) were a pleasure to work with for what was a very distressing situation. Thanks Power Dry!
