Highly recommend Matt at Dry Basement Foundation Repair. I was concerned about some cracks in my basement wall, but he was kind, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Even though I didn’t need any work done, he still took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable. That level of honesty and care goes a long way. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.

Curtis with Dry Basement Foundation Repair of Kansas City was professional, honest, and patient with me from the initial meeting until the writing of this review. He was the 3rd of 3 quotes I received, by the time we met I had some questions based on differences between the first two that he patiently walked me through and explained. He came out a 2nd time for one more round of questions before I signed the contract. I asked several questions that he could have used to increase the bid, but each time he would tell me he could do this or that, but it wasn't necessary for my structure. There was great communication from the company regarding scheduling/payments and the work was done when they said it would be. I paid additional for a certified engineering report, which was sent to me within 30 days of completion of the work without me having to follow-up. Excellent experience, would recommend to my family and friends!

Curtis was wonderful to work with. I was in a hurry trying to get some foundation work done on a house I was selling, and needed someone quickly. He came out, gave me a fair price, got the work done professionally, and it looked great. Curtis was available for follow-up questions that I had. He was kind, polite, professional, and he will be the first guy I call when I need any future foundation work.

We noticed some cracks and water pipe to the washer bending on the south wall of our basement. Called Dry Basement, who had installed a flood system around 2008 and who had also installed an egress window in 2022. They came out quickly and were able to measure the "tilting in" of our wall. We were over an inch but under two inches between the bottom of the wall and the top. It was slowly tilting in due to our lovely clay soil drying out and expanding. Dry Basement has a new system called Wall Bracing. You can use it if the change in wall tilt is less than 2 inches. If over 2 inches, then our backyard has to be dug out to fix the wall. And the new system is 80% less than the "dig out the backyard" option. We cleared everything away from the wall. Did some electrical work to move some wiring. They were done with their job in less than 8 hours. Very careful with our carpet and cleaning up the mess. Been a customer of Dry Basement since moving to KC area and buying a home here. Highly recommended.

From my salesman, Matt G. to my actual construction crew with crew leader Billy this was a great experience. Billy and his crew put my fence back and even put the items we had to move out of the way back without me asking. Just as he said he treated my home like it was his own. So happy I decided to go with Dry Basement. They exceeded my expectations.

I called because I had water in the basement after several heavy rains. Curtis came out to look for the problem, before he arrived, I discovered a clogged downspout and cleaned it out. After he look- ed at the basement and the outside of the house, he told me that he was 99% sure I found the problem-however if the water came back into the to basement, call him. We have had several heavy rains sense then and no water in the basement. It is really great to deal with honest people. I would recommend Dry Basement to anyone, it is getting harder and harder to find reliable companies. Thanks Curtis!

I had leaks that formed puddles in large sections of my basement since purchasing this house. I needed the whole perimeter of the basement taken care of. I called 3 different foundation companies and had proposals from all 3. They were all close in cost but Matt Gilliland from dry basement set the bar as far as knowledge of the work needed and customer care. Spending 15k and being on the same page is important, Matt made himself available for any questions through the whole process start to finish. The proposal was for exactly what I needed without the upsell for things I didn’t. The office staff Katy, Jessica, and Susan were easy to deal with when it came to the scheduling and payment of the job. The one small hiccup I had Curtis (I’m assuming the owner?) called asap and between him and Matt had it resolved same day. It was scheduled wed-fri and was done fri morning. Jamie and the guys in his crew were efficient! I’m impressed with what they were able to get done in 3 days. I don’t have any complaints. I do wish someone came by after the work was completed to ensure everything is done correctly but all in all they really did great job. Now it’s a waiting game for some heavy ass rain to see how it all hold ups

I had Dry Basement repair cracks in my foundation back in January 2025 and paid in full for the work. At the time, I felt confident the repairs had addressed the issue. Unfortunately, it now looks like the same problem may have returned. I’m really hoping Dry Basement will stand by their work and help make this right. A warranty and customer support matter just as much as the initial repair, and how this situation is handled will determine whether my experience stays at three stars or moves up (or down).
