Rug Cleaning And Repair is a service that cleans rugs to remove dirt, stains, and odors and repairs damaged areas, frayed edges, and worn piles to restore look, feel, and longevity for homes or offices.

After a dusting and cleaning, a rug can have moth resistance treatment applied, wrapped in Tyvek, and stored for you at our facility for a monthly charge. With this option, it is mandatory that moth resistance and wrapping be included, which are separate line items and charges. We will NOT store a dirty rug, it must be cleaned properly before storage.

But, if we add a solvent like sublime 5minutes before the wet cleaning, the solvent will emulsify oil deposits, like from a dog lying on the carpet, where oils from the coat have rubbed off on the carpet. Solvents work on all oils and grease, your technician may need to apply this solvent when "dog odor"--NOT URINE ODOR. If you have urine odor, we can help, but only through specialty restoration techniques.

Spotless Carpet Cleaning is a service that cleans carpets to remove dirt, stains, and odors using machines and cleaning solutions, leaving fabric refreshed and refreshed floors ready for use.

Stone Surfaces is a service that installs and maintains stone countertops and surfaces, including selection, fabrication, fitting, sealing, and care to keep them durable and attractive in kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.

It’s an extra charge for reinforcing tackstrips (the edge trim for carpet) in each regular-sized room, if needed. The fee is removed if the existing tackstrip is already solid and doesn’t require reinforcement.

T3 Landlord- room <250 sq ft regular sized bedroom or office is a rental service offering a small, private room (under 250 sq ft) within a landlord-managed property for living or working, with standard lease terms and on-site access to shared amenities.

Travel Fee 40 miles is a charge added for driving up to 40 miles to your location, covering time, fuel, and preparation for service. It applies regardless of job type and is billed once per visit to compensate for travel.

Wrap rug in Tyvek type barrier to resist moisture after cleaning. This wrap allows moisture out, but not into the rug. This wrap is mandatory if a natural fiber rug will be in storage that is not climate controlled to avoid microbial damage from moisture and condensation. WE STRONGLY URGE MOTH RESISTANCE APPLICATION PRIOR TO STORAGE OF ANY NATURAL FABRIC RUG.
