I would highly recommend MSW to anyone needing roof, gutter, painting or siding repair or replacement . Darin Ackerson was the Project Manager on our remodel. He was always accessible to answer any questions we had. He called us on a daily basis providing updates on the work and scheduling. I have worked in the construction industry for years and am familiar with the work required to complete the job. I therefore had high expectations regarding how I wanted the work to be done. Darin was patient and willing to make changes at my request, without a complaint. The crews were considerate and did excellent work. They stuck to the schedule provided to us with minimal disruption in our daily lives. We couldn't be happier with the final result!

Disappointed. We had MSW replace our roof approximately 18 months ago. We have a valley leak that they've attempted to repair twice. At this time we are having Pyramid come out to figure out what was done wrong and to permanently solve the problem. We are using Pyramid because they completely stripped and replaced all of the underlayment on our neighbor's house. MSW did not complete this task on our house.
