Andrew (the owner) and his crew were amazing and straight forward to work with...from the initial consult, explaining the problem with the shifting/sinking foundation, the plan of the repair and how what materials were needed to complete. A complete cost provided to lift my house on the entire south side of the foundation 4-5". Crazy to think that KC Foundations can lift half a house, but they did! All with complete care and professionalism during the whole process. Andrew (the owner) called me almost every day to give me an update and plan for the following day. And after they were completed, they did an amazing clean up job, by where my unfinished basement was cleaner than when they started! They use the best pier products in the industry with a lifetime warranty and set everything down to bedrock. I would recommend this group for any water-proofing, foundation repair, cracks and/or lifting an entire house!
