I called both business owners, I left 3 voice-mail on 3 different days, telling them my pipes were frozen. No response, at all not even I call back after hours to tell me they were busy. I tried to call again, I went straight to voice-mail. Called from my boyfriends phone rang and rang and rang then went to voice-mail. I tried this 3 different times, they had put my number on block. Instead of responding to me. I left nice professional messages, stating my name, address and the issue (frozen water pipes throughout my house, no water) and asking for some type of call back. I understand everyone gets busy. No call back in 36 hours even to say, im sorry we are swamped and won't be able to help you out until X date. Just some type of guidance would have been appreciated. Poor poor service.
