I’ve been waiting to write my review until we demo’d our basement wall. We bought a home and during our walk through after the owners stuff was removed we noticed mold on a basement wall. After we moved in I had the mold inspection which we were super happy with how nice and honest they were about our situation, and the recommendation we remediate ourselves due to the low amount of mold we had. I was worried what we’ll find due to the musty smell in the room, but it turns out our inspector was spot on with the cause and recommendation of removal of drywall. This is a great and honest company, and I’m so glad that I found them. If you need an inspection or remediation, then I’d recommend them 100%/

The entire crew was wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and safe during the process. Ben thoroughly walked through our home, gave detailed recommendations and was so kind while answering all my questions. Frank and Sam worked so hard each day. We had a mold situation at a residence, and after researching various companies, we started getting sick. I reached out to Certified Mold Inspection and Remediation Services. I received an email and a response, followed by an appointment request from Ben very quickly. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. The day of the appointment, Daniel showed up not only on time but early and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and examined asked me what my concerns were to understand the situation. Then he asked me to show him the locations in question. I pointed him to the mold, and he took his time, carefully inspected the areas, photographed the areas, and explained to me what he was finding, in non-scientific terms, potential causes, and the dangers. I showed him some mold I was growing in petri dishes, and he explained what I had, and I knew right away I had hired the right company. He was not in a rush and answered all my questions making sure I was 100% satisfied. We had him take air samples of several rooms, and once the air reports came in, he reviewed the reports with us, answering all our questions, explaining the different types of molds, reasons, and causes. Anyone can go to school and get a degree or training, but it is so hard to get this level of customer support these days, and I would highly recommend it. He told me that if I have any issues or questions, I should call him back after the concerning types of molds are found in the air. This is next-level customer support. Thank you, Daniel
