I came home from a trip to find a flooded basement. After checking reviewson Google and Yelp, I called Floodkleenup.Dominic, the owner told me that first I had to get a plumber to drain the water and gave me a phone number and name. Within an hour two plumbers had called me back. After the basement was drained Dominic told us what would happen if we used his guys to empty the basement of wet things (it was packed) or we could empty it ourselves and rent drying equipment. He was completely upfront about how much each thing would cost (as much as he could estimate) which later turned out to be very accurate. Dominic helped me with advice from start to finish. The one bright spot in a miserable situation was calling and hiring Floodkleenup!
