We came into work to discover our sink had fallen out off the wall overnight, and water had been running. We had a lot of water in our classroom, classroom bathroom, hall and 2 offices. We called Cat Rec and within 45 minutes they arrived and got right to work! Within 2 days all of the water had been taken care of from the hard floors, carpets, rugs and walls. Cat Recs team came out in less than 24 hours and started their mitigation they were quick efficient and super respectful of our home! Definitely calling them if we ever need help again! I called Cat Rec after an early morning storm speared 2 trees through my roof. The trees were removed that morning, and Cat Rec came out that day to tarp the roof and evaluate interior damage after the tree service left. The kitchen had some water damage and a hole through the ceiling. Rick and his crew estimated the repair costs for the water damage, worked with my insurance company, and fully repaired the kitchen once they were able to get everything dried out. The work was very high quality, the crews were pleasant and focused, were very careful to limit work mess while the project was ongoing, and cleaned up completely when the work was done. I highly recommend this company.
