Recently, I bought a home and found that the drywall of the return air conditioning closet was covered with mold. The vents in the entire house were also very dirty. The house was built in 1979 and probably has never been cleaned thoroughly. AdvantaClean came out to vacuum out my vents, and remove the mold. This was a very important job for me, as I have health issues from past cancer treatments. The representative on their 24-hour phone line was extremely nice and helped me set up my first consultation. Brad arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled for our consultation. We thoroughly swept through the entire house, from the ground floor up to the attic, to look for other problems. The company could have easily forced me to pay for services or "created an area that needed to be repaired" as some companies do. But they were honest and upfront. It was pure luck that I was able schedule an appointment for the next day. He did the job in about four hours, and I was amazed at how clean he left the place. I did not even notice any dirt or dust when I returned home to close up the house. It was almost cleaner then when I left! This company offers a wide range of services, from mold removal to air duct vacuuming. I highly recommend their services to Baton Rouge.
