7/18 Pete Konja sold the job, great person. 8/25 Great crew (sorry, I don’t remember the supervisors name) but he and his crew were fabulous! Job started, broke up cement, layed channel, City inspector approved the crew pour the cement. 8/28 Kyle & Josh applied moisture barrier 8/29 Kyle & John installed drywall 9/4 Kyle & Josh sanded drywall All areas were meticulously covered, personal items protected, clean up, always perfect. From start to finish, all crews were extremely polite and professional, including office staff Jessica/Molly. I will recommend this company to everyone, they hire well!

FSM did an excellent job from start to finish. Joseph A came out, did an initial estimate which was very reasonable and then once on the schedule, Dustin M and his crew of Mason O and Conner M showed up on time and worked diligently all day. They took ownership of the project like it was their own home. Kept everything neat and clean and the finished product left me with confidence that the water issue was resolved. Couldn’t recommend the crew enough! Great job guys!

Due for yearly maintenance checkup. My Service Technician (John F.) called ahead of his arrival and I TOTALLY forgot about the appointment. I gave him my garage code and he let himself in. I warned him of my killer 10# Chihuahua and he wasn’t scared, this is my only complaint about John (he should have been terrified, pic attached for reference). He checked my basement waterproofing, recognized the crawl space was incredibly drafty and recommended solutions. He even noticed how cold my floors were (he took his shoes off, out of respect for my home). During our phone call before his arrival I pointed out some things I wanted him to look at. He called me after he was finished, assured me the killer Chihuahua was still “on duty” on the couch in a blanket and said the garage was closed up. Even brought an Amazon delivery off my front porch and put it in the garage before he closed up. Our follow-up phone call reassured me that the basement waterproofing is doing exactly what it should and that the other items I pointed out would be addressed with his team and they will get back to me, (my sunroom slab cracked off my house and needs to be jacked up). I have had work done by FSM on two different homes for a total of 3 projects and I 100% stand by them, their products, work and customer service. FSM may be pricier than others but I can assure you that these guys bend over backwards to earn your business and bust their asses to maintain the trust. I have had no issues getting responses, quotes or solutions from FSM on any of my projects. If you are on the fence about utilizing them, don’t be. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed. And for those that care about the actual company they are an employee owned company so when I speak to their customer service it’s because each and every one of them has a chance to have a piece of the actual pie and not just a paycheck. John Terry was fantastic! We've over what he was doing to make sure we understood everything and or if any questions. We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. We will for sure b having additional work done in the future to keep our home safe and secure and will use FSM due to ppl like John. Ty again for the great service. Annual crawl space maintenance completed today. Technician today was John Fulton. He was great! Called the day before to confirm appointment and then called day of and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than appointment time. He spent a few minutes going over any concerns I had and asked if I noticed any changes. Very pleased with his attention to details. He seemed knowledgeable, personable and through. Just the type of service I've come to expect from a reputable company.

Jacob, Steven and Issac were absolutely fabulous 👌. They communicated well for arrivals, time of the work, and progress along the way. They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. Noah was outstanding completing the mold killing work, followed by exceptional work from Jacob, Stephen & Isaac to transform the crawl space into useable space we are no longer afraid to enter! Foundation Systems of Michigan was Purchased by Groundworks, then stopped all Whole House Generator (WHG) Installation and Service. Since this post, I have received calls back from the FSM Service Manager and new General Manager. While they have some real issues with Service that they said they are addressing, they committed to paying for the service I had done and contracting the next 2-years themselves. I think it is good they ended WHG work and focus on foundation work. Note on Foundations: The 2 people who came out to my house from the Foundation group were great. 11 years ago, they reassured me that my foundation was fine at no charge.5 years ago, when I needed a window access cut in the foundation, while they did not do that small of job, they guided me to find a contractor.
