Beware of this company. Over a four month time period of trying to find out why I was being billed for a project that was not completed, my insurance company finally explained that the mitigation process was separate from the repair process. That was a misunderstanding on my part. What did not make sense is that on four different occasions when I called Multi Serve to ask why I received a bill for a project that was not completed, they connected me with the project manager who in turn, said he would call me back to schedule a time to come out and complete the project. That connection was never made. Although I explained each time I called what the issue was, no one at Multi Serve explained that the bill was for the mitigation work and that the repair work would be separate. During the interim, Multi Serve sent a letter threatening to send the account to collections if payment wasn't made upon receipt. Again, I called Multi Serve and went through the same scenario. The last letter from Multi Serve was from their attorney stating that the account had gone into collections. If at any point, someone at Multi Serve had explained that the bill was for mitigation only and that repairs would be a separate billing, I would have understood and paid the bill instead of thinking they had not completed the project. A simple explanation would have sufficed. I do not recommend this company.

If you’re a residential customer, steer clear. This company strung us along for over a month. Negotiated a multi-project renovation only to be told they did not have the resources to complete the job two days before the start date. This occurred after several meetings with the project manager repeatedly promising the project to be completed quickly. Company president was unapologetic. Don’t waste your time or energy. This company has little value placed in residential customers.
