First of all I don’t leave reviews unless I have been really wow’d by the service provided. Words can not express how Dana went above and beyond in looking for and finding mold in my home and treating the mold as well. I felt completely safe with all his suggestions and advice bc he displayed concern for my health issues in every thing he did and said and he has a lot of knowledge in his profession. He explained every thing very well, answered all my questions, and told me to call or text him anytime if I had more questions which I did and he responded promptly. I had two mold companies come out 10 years ago and both said there was no need to go in my attic. It took me several months and lots of trouble to find the mold myself which WAS in my attic. When Dana came out to check for mold he asked me where the entrance to my attic was because that is usually the first place he looks. He found mold there again and it was a different kind and in different places then 10 years prior. I was so relieved that he was on my side, found it immediately and took care of it and I didn’t have to figure it out on my own again. He teamed up with me, treated me with much respect, and was a joy to work with. He also gave me several suggestions on how to make the air in my home cleaner which I took care of right away.
