Brad, Adam and team were great! They did an amazing job, we're very responsive to questions and were willing to provide any information that we requested during our project. Once everything was complete they ran the additional mold test that the buyers of our hose requested and they left the house as clean as it was when they began the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with mold issues that need remediation

I can't speak highly enough of this business. After finding mold in our basement, my husband and I began calling around to get quotes for an assessment of our situation. Brad responded to our inquiry almost immediately, and he maintained a high level of professionalism throughout our interaction. Brad came out to look at our situation. He was knowledgeable, honest, and fair. In fact, Brad advised us on how to prevent mold from coming back, but did not recommend professional services at this time based on what he saw. He was helpful and ethical in every way. I should also point out that we spoke with other companies that without even seeing the space were recommending we jackhammer up our floor. When we told Brad this story, his response was, "There's enough mold in Maine. I don't need to make any up."
