So this was my first insurance claim (and it was a doozy) for extensive water damage at my vacation home and I think I was more nervous from everyone that I know trauma stories. This was not the case for me and if I can put anyone’s mind at ease that you will be taken care of in such a nerve wracking time please read. Jason Drouin my project manager was in constant communication with me. He walked through my property with me in person and via face time before, during and nearing the end of construction countless times just to keep me in the loop. He constantly sent update photos since I was a few states away, always asked my preference even for the littlest things and any question I had he took the time to speak with me. His willingness to go the extra mile is something you don’t find in many people and I am so grateful he was my team lead. He’s knowledgable, professional and will shoot you straight. He hand picks his sub contractors & has known and worked with many of them for years and I throughly enjoyed working with them to rebuild my home. I loved that so many or my ideas or add ons (a lot of them last minute…sorry Jason!) were met with ‘we’ll make it work’ from him. His attention to detail ensured that no aspect of my project went overlooked, and every task completed was to the highest possible standard. He sets the bar high for his crew it shows through their meticulous workmanship. Request him as your project manager and I can assure it will go as seamlessly as it can.

I had a pipe break in the ceiling of my basement. The entire finished part of the basement was destroyed. My insurance company contacted Elite Construction for the repair work. Working with James was great! He took the time to meet with me and go over the entire process, then met with my insurance adjuster when he came out. He dealt directly with my insurance company and got all of the repair work approved. The workers who came in my house were all polite and professional.

We were looking to put a life changing addition on our house and contacted Elite Construction as we had a previous good experience with them. Michael Clark looked at the ideas we had scratched out and took over all the heavy lifting, hiring an architect, finding and hiring excavators, setting in a foundation, framing was done in two days and then the finish crew came in, including plumber, electrician, sheet rocker, hardwood flooring team, roofers and painters. The whole job never seemed stalled and was finished long before expected. The quality of the work is A1 and we couldn't be more pleased with all the work done! We cannot recommend Elite high enough!

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. I had a wonderful experience with Elite Construction. They were recommended by my insurance company. All questions and concerns were promptly answered. Billing staff assisted through the insurance process. Estimators, Project manager and crew were great. The work was done and cleaned up promptly. I was billed and only paid my deductible. Great company to work with.

Terrible workmanship...there isn’t one good thing that I could say about this company. Don’t ever consider using them for any type of work. The only reason they worked on my condo was the insurance company recommended them. First crew walked off job because I criticized/asked about some of the work. Second crew did do one thing right. They wanted to send a third crew snd I said “no way”. As a result got my own contractor to fix/repair/do over all the and ceilings. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!’
