Paul is fantastic. It took a few tries to get a hold of him for first contact but after that he was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and did an all around great job. My project was upgrading sump pump and some related plumbing as well as getting a small drainage ditch/path dug in my crawl space to sump pump pit (precaution before encapsulation plastic goes back down). Highly recommend.
