We agreed to the work which was very affordable/well priced for what was done. The staff who came were very courteous and completed the work quickly and efficiently. StopLeak was the best! Our basement flooded and we needed a second sump pump installed. Rich came out to take a look at our space and give us an estimate. The price was much lower than I expected. I actually had to look things over multiple times to make sure everything was included. We also got a battery backup installed on the pump. Everything was installed in a very timely manner. Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable. No mess was left behind. Would recommend over and over!

We had ground water coming into our basement and called StopLeak to come and help us resolve it. They were great from the moment we called. The day they came, they were able to get a crew there that same night to rip up the wet floors and walls and start diagnosing the problem. From there we had a waterproofing crew spend a couple of days building a french drain and installing a sump pump to keep this kind of thing from never happening again. They also offer a reconstruction service so you can deal with the same people the whole time. This was obviously not what we wanted to have happen, but I am glad we called them as the people were fantastic. The work was solid and we felt very well taken care of. I'll say this the guys who work there like the work they do and seem to like working with each other. You don't always see that in this kind of work. I highly recommend StopLeak should you have water coming into your home via ground water, a crack in a wall or anything else.

Our basement walls have some cracks and a few inches of water has been a common occurrence for quite some time. Stop Leak was one of several company's we called for estimates. Rich the owner, was not only the most professional and pleasant to deal with but the most reasonably priced by far, plus a payment plan was worked out for us. There was a mix up with scheduling from the office mostly due to the extreme hot weather that week but when the crew arrived they were all very efficient , hard working and pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner and with a minimal amount of mess. Later there was a few leaks and Stop Leak came back to complete the needed fix. Again with the same professionalism and timeliness. I would highly recommend Stop Leak for your basement and foundation repairs. The ONLY negative I have is the unsatisfactory office communication as in scheduling.

I'm so glad I discovered these guys. A former partner was friends with my family, so when my mom needed her basement waterproofed, we asked him/them. It was great! Thank goodness, because we have hired some "friends of the family" in other fields without good results. So then my Grandma had them waterproof her basement, and my dad hired them for a rental property. Each job was done promptly, professionally, and superbly. So when I became a homeowner, I knew who to call. I recently had them install a proper discharge line for the existing sump pump in the house I bought and it is great, and exactly what I wanted, and I'm so pleased. They do a great job, which I realize is probably what most people care about, but what I like most is any time I've had an issue or concern, I can call them up and get their thoughts. My family friend retired but it's just how this company is: I freak out about something, call them, and Rich or someone is there that day or the next to talk about options without pressure to do anything. Oh also, for my fellow millenial introverts, I was able to handle final scheduling and the contract via email - so nice. I can't say how their costs compare to other companies because I've never wanted to call any other companies. Their estimates are free and their work is guaranteed. Those factors might raise the cost? I'm not sure, but for me that's worth it.

After heavy rain fall in April and May, Stop Leak completely fixed my basement! This is an excellent and reputable company that I highly reccomend. They arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the afternoon and kept me updated on details. They explained the problem, were extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up the small mess that a big job can create. The owner Rich is friendly and honest, he can answer any questions you may have. Not only is their work seamless but they’re qualified experts whose pricing is fair and honest. Absolute professionals.

I have not posted a review for 7 months. I wanted to make sure no water was going to enter my basement. I'm happy to report......NO WATER!!!! I cannot say enough about this company. They were all fabulous from the first phone call to set up an appointment for a free estimate until the crew drove away when the work was complete. I spoke to Ann several times. She was eager to help and was very professional. I could not believe the owner, Rich Fleury, came out to provide the estimate. He was very knowledge and gave me several options. The work was scheduled in a very timely manner. The crew arrived on time and began working ASAP. It made me feel relaxed knowing the other owner, Rich Fleury, Jr., was on the job site. The job took several days and when they left my basement and lawn looked perfect. Thank you Stopleak for a wonderful job.

This involved excavating an area around the inside basement perimeter, installing a perforated pipe, stone, channel cove, sump pit, pump and drain, and re-concreting. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and technically skilled. This is a physically demanding job and crew members worked steadily as a team to get the job done. Their pride in their work was evident by the impressive end product. They cleaned up each day during the 2 day job. We highly recommend StopLeak to anyone who has issues with a leaky basement.
