Wayne responded immediately to my request by calling me and discussing my situation. We had a leak from the base of our faucet into the kitchen cabinet below which caused quite a bit of damage to a few cabinets and the floor. He very honestly gave me a rundown of the process which included pricing, timing (may take months) and the possibility of needing an umpire. I trusted his honesty and transparency and he had great reviews online so I went with him, and am glad I did. The process did take about six months, but he was able to work with the insurance company's adjuster and get me 350% of what they originally offered me for my claim! His prices are reasonable and well worth the money, I was very pleased with the award. I hope I never need to make a claim again but I know who I would call!

Our Council of Unit Owners hired Wayne Frazier of Insurance Claims Specialist in April of 2023 after an insurance loss in June of 2022 that caused significant water damage to three first floor condominiums and common area. We entered into the Appraisal process with our insurer in April of 2023. When Wayne was hired as our independent appraiser, most of the rebuild had already been completed. The required mitigation and reconstruction back to original specification condition was very complicated due to the structure originally serving as an office building before it was repurposed to luxury condominiums in 2020. Restoration work was well under way when Wayne was hired. Hiring an appraiser at this stage of the process is difficult for any appraiser. But Wayne spent countless hours onsite understanding the scope of the damage, mitigation and rebuild parameters. In addition, his knowledge of the appraisal process and required documentation was impressive. While maintaining complete independence, he guided us throughout the entire process. His effort resulted in an award that provided the association the needed money to restore and repair our homes to exactly the way they existed prior to the damage. Without Wayne’s expertise and knowledge, we would have received less than 1/2 of the money from our insurer necessary to make the repairs. We are forever grateful for his hard work and no nonsense approach. Simply put, hiring Insurance Claims Specialist, LLC was one of the most important decisions we made in getting our roof damage resolved. We are responsible homeowners with a strong track record of maintaining our house and property, as well as making sure we have proper insurance coverage. But when weather damaged our roof and our insurance provider denied our claim, we found ourselves in uncharted territory. The process with the insurance provider was daunting, confusing, lengthy, stressful, and not transparent. We were kept at arms length and passed through multiple reviewers. They sent a third-party engineer who showed up unannounced, spent very little time inspecting the damage, and then submitted a report that had numerous factual errors. This provides a testimony regarding our Licensed Public Adjuster, Wayne Frazier, of Insurance Claims Specialist, LLC. We retained Wayne and his Public Adjusting Firm to ensure we were properly protected and properly paid for our Homeowner’s Insurance Claim for property damage we suffered to our home from a Wind Storm and Hail. A tree fell on our house in January 2017. We called our insurance company immediately to file a claim. The insurance company provided a hotel for us and our pets, as the house was not habitable. Within a few days, an adjuster from our insurance company came to assess the damages. We had no idea as to whether their proposed estimate was adequate to cover all rebuilding costs. We were astounded at the difference having Wayne, from Insurance Claims Specialist, LLC., involved would make regarding everything that our claim involved that we had no idea about. We liked the work that had been done on a neighbor’s home and contacted their contractor. The contractor brought to light that they believed we were given a very low estimate of the costs involved by the insurance company. We signed an agreement with the contractor and shortly thereafter they recommended we hire Wayne Frazier of Insurance Claims Specialist, LLC., a licensed Public Adjuster and Insurance Appraiser, to help guide us through the insurance claim process to include rebuilding, personal property loss, and reimbursement for additional living expenses which would be incurred. This was valuable advice as we later learned. We had the opportunity to meet Wayne Frazier almost immediately and he provided us with advice based on his many years of experience and immense knowledge regarding insurance claims and property damage. A good example of this was the over 50-page counter proposal of the work that needed to be done in order to rebuild the house as it was prior to the tree falling on it. The document was very detail-oriented. He was a persistent negotiator through the whole claims process. We trusted Wayne completely. In trying to close the claim, he guided us as to what additional documentation would be needed so that reimbursement could be obtained for Additional Living Expense and Depreciation. In the end, our homeowner’s insurance claim went from the insurance company original offer of about $50,000 to well over $300,000 total, due solely to our Public Adjuster.
