reached out to get my roof fixed. They came out, told me it would not be a problem, told me I would receive the verbal quote in writing and would get on the schedule for 3 weeks out. Never heard from them again. I called a few times, emailed, and finally hunted down my rep. He assured me that he would get the quote out and I was still on the 3-week window from the day we met. Again - never heard from them again, called/emailed/texted. nothing. Unfortunate because they seemed to be buttoned up and personable.

The Three Rivers team was brought in to replace the floors and baseboards in my unit after my condo building had flooding that damaged most of my floors. They were professional, responsive and best of all the work was high quality with their team going above and beyond, including repainting the entire unit after knowing that the paint wasn't 100% an exact match. Our floors look better than when we bought the unit as a new construction just a few years back. Great work and I would recommend them again. Their crew chief, Geaton, is one of the most professional builders we've worked with in over 16 years of home and condo ownership.
