We had a wonderful experience from start to finish for our well pump replacement, as well as a prior service appointment. We were able to schedule a same day appointment for our pump. Recently the wife and I noticed our water quality was going downhill from our old Kenmore all in one water softener so I called several water treatment companies to get quotes. One company scared my wife half to death claiming there could be raidium in our water (to which the county and a water test determined was false) and really pushed an RO system I didn't want, another wanted me to pay him 50% up front before getting anything in writing, and another just kept pushing for me to use their "free water test" despite the fact that I had a lab run a detailed test already. Art from Water Check could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable when he came to my house to provide a quote for a water softener. we discussed my options and he provided me quotes that were very competitive. After receiving the quote, I called back several times with questions and they could not have been nicer in answering them. when I booked the appointment I even changed what I wanted, going from a softener and 1 sediment filter to a softener with both a pre and post filter, and they were very happy to accommodate the change. The install went smoothly and was done quite professionally. it was easy to see that the installer was a perfectionist when the helper accidentally spilled some water on my unfinished concrete basement floor. I couldn't care less but he apologized profusely regardless. overall my experience with water check has been excellent.

Never had a well. Never wanted a well. Now i have to have two systems to treat the water for irrigation and the house. I have heard things about This company and to be honest, it's a small business owned by a local man who is kind. 1. I've never had an issue that they could not help with. 2. Prices are more than reasonable, not only comparitively but I'm not going to be able to lug 40lb bags of salt to the basement. 3. Every single person to come to my home from Well Man Water Check has been MORE than just kind and helpful. They will explain things to me, show me how it all works and advise me as needed. Any business has turnover, so does this, but each time i deal with someone, no matter who it is, the people are why i choose to deal with a small business. Well Man Water Check is worth it. I still hate having a well.

We just had Watercheck out initially for just the monthly softener salt delivery, but we also asked them for a "second opinion" regarding our pressure tank. Andrew and Dylan (sp?) came out on both occasions and confirmed that the tank was on its way out and recommended replacement. We decided to stick with Watercheck for the tank replacement as well as a pre-filter install. Pricing was reasonable, Andrew and Dylan were very professional and friendly, and everything is working great. December 2024 update: Everything has been working great with the new pressure tank. I can also get replacement filters from them for the pre-filter system they installed. The few times I've called in with a question since having the system installed, the person that answers the phone is always very courteous and professional. Thank you Watercheck!

Moved into a house that was already serviced by these folks in 2020. They didn't get along with the previous owner, who neglected the system. I had mixed experiences with them since buying it. The first techs we had were pretty friendly, and were responsive on the initial install of their UV system and the following failure of some old components (not their fault). Following that, another part of the water softener system failed. At that time I got what I would consider a lack of urgency and inflexibility. I got a bad attitude from that particular tech when I sourced my own replacement part in 2 days instead of having to wait a week without filtered water. I would have preferred to work together for a quicker resolution instead of hostility. Since then, I've shopped around and had some more service done by a different company. I've continued to have problems with this system, but I had to call Water Check back when company #2 told me the component Water Check initially replaced had issues covered under warranty. This time, the Water Check tech was very friendly, did thorough testing, explained how he came to a different conclusion than company #2 and let me know what to expect going forward. I was charged much less than what I was quoted based on what he found. There were some misconfigured settings, not a faulty part (hard to believe it was faulty since it was pretty new), but he reassured me if it turns out differently that they'll take care of it. This was good customer service.

Recently built a new home and this company was selected by our builder. We called last week to get a date scheduled to learn how to work our systems. Tyler, our technician, was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to provide us with the tools and information we needed. So far, everyone we have spoken to at the office as been very friendly as well. This is not an area of my expertise and I feel confident in their ability to service our home for years to come.

Couldn’t tell you about the service, they never showed up. Was given an arrival window of 11-1. Called at 10:30 to verify we were still good, which we were told the appointment was still on. Waited until 1:30 with no call or notification. When I called to ask where the tech was, I was greeted with “ he’s not there yet?” By the person on the phone. When I voiced my issue with the missed window and the need to reschedule due to the fact that work had to be missed to accommodate THEIR schedule, response was “ uh yea ok I guess”. Wasn’t going to write a review until the rude responses started coming through. Going elsewhere.
