​Outstanding Service from Justin Walton and JES ​We were thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Justin Walton, our representative from JES. From the outset, Justin was exceptionally professional, demonstrating a keen ability to listen and understand our specific needs without being aggressive or pushy. ​Justin clearly explained the nature of our problem and outlined how JES's solution would effectively address it. He patiently answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process, ensuring we were comfortable and informed. Furthermore, the wait time for the scheduled work was minimal. A true testament to his dedication, Justin was highly responsive, consistently returning our calls and messages immediately. ​A major concern for us was the safety of the steps for my elderly parents. The JES team successfully leveled the steps, which has been a tremendous relief and has eliminated a significant source of worry for our family. ​The two technicians who performed the work were efficient and meticulous, ensuring the work area was completely cleaned up upon completion. I have nothing but nice things to say. From working with Manny C, the field inspector, to the installation crew (Jose R. G., Christian A.H., Juancarlos G.) this was wonderful and personalized customer service of the highest quality. Manny worked with me on my schedule to get me exactly what I wanted and needed. Jose R.G., Christian A.H., and Juancarlos G. were punctual, highly professional, and courteous throughout both installation days. They kept me updated via pictures on the progress of the project throughout, which was awesome and so helpful, putting my mind at ease. They also dealt with my pups and my special requests in such a nice manner. Thank you again for such a great end project and that wonderful customer service!

I just recently used JES Foundation Repair and please from the start to finish of my issue with house settlement. The initial first appointment with the estimator explained everything thoroughly and provided a video of work to be done after I explained my areas of concern. He spent a good amount of time and used equipment to show the level of settlement that needed to be addressed. Estimate was given same day and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision right away. But I felt confident that the suggested work would be done properly. They were quick to set an appointment and they handled all the permits needed. The works showed up on time the foreman Robert Hamric was professional with explaining each day the work that would be done. Quick to answer any questions as well. They set a team of three and all worked each day to diligently get the scheduled project completed. I have a three year contract with them to make sure my concerns are addressed. They explained it would need possible adjustments slowly. I feel that was a key component in my decision as I know they are here to stand behind their work. I also have received pictures of the work with explanations as well. I would highly recommend this company.

The lead on the project Kavon Cunningham and team were very professional and exceeded our expectations in workmanship. We had a down pour back in June 2025! I was advised that I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment 😩 😡. I had a vacation scheduled, so we set the appointments 8/5/25. So I took pictures as advised and sent the pictures to JES. The technician came out, he was nice. The setup/ layout he had in my profile was wrong! His schematic showed the opposite wall and back wall. The layout he had was flipped, so he told me he can fix that. He didn't any of the pictures that I sent of how the flood water impacted my room🤯😡?? So he took a copy of the pictures from my phone😬. So, he advised me that they need to open up the wall to see what was going on. He advised me that someone will call to schedule an appointment. I have called my technician twice and I still have not gotten a call 😠😡! I am not happy with JES, I have been patient and I need to let them know! I've attached the photos of the damaged. I taken photos underneath my bed too. They are not reliable and customer focus😡😠. I take no pleasure in giving any business a bad review, but enough is enough😤! Someone from JES need to call me asap! Not a Happy Customer 😠 As of 9/8/25, JES came out to review the room. Thankfully, they are addressing the concerns and putting a plan in place😃, yes! It's never my intentions to demean or degrade any business! I needed to speak honestly about what happened then and now! As of now we have a plan, that's a good thing😃!

I waiting for a week to leave our review The great: employees get 10nstars and worked their butts off. Can't say enough about Santos. This guy was the heart and soul of this big job! He is truly an asset to this company. He came on a Sunday to finish and cleanup on his time by himslef. Also wanted to give a shout out to Gaston, Lucas, Havier, Raquel, Cory G, Eric T, Carlos, Michael B, Bobby M, Jordan, Taylor, Moses. Truly a team effort. The quality of work looks great as i have did quite a bit of a home improvements myself. The good, salesman was informative and communicated well, with the exception of still waiting for the follow up call he said he would do to make sure everything finished up good and I was pleased with 2 days left in the job. Maybe he got busy with the next job and just forgot? The not so great: The price, wow way more than I first expected. But after three estimates, i went with this company bc od their experience. Not sorry for sure I picked JES. Closing: foundation work isnt cheap. Definitely not a project you go cheap and pick low bidder. This company does quality work and the employees care.

Our project manager Jonathan Cooper was beyond great, and his jokes weren’t too shabby either! He did a thorough job of inspecting/identifying the issue and providing a solution. He was easy to get ahold of in a pinch and made sure we had a clear understanding of what was being done and why. Our foreman Brandon Warren and his team (Roosevelt White, Tyler H., and Larry Jr.) were nothing short of amazing. They were super polite, provided clear communication/status updates, and were extremely efficient - completed an estimated 3-day job in our basement in a day and a half! I can’t recommend JES Works enough. Thanks to Cooper, Brandon, and his team, JES has a customer for life.
