Outstanding service. I highly recommend Blair Plumbing for their services. My technician, Daniel, was outstanding. He listened to my concerns, viewed all the problem spots and gave an estimate. Then he fixed two jobs on the spot. Great job!

We had our home serviced on Christmas Eve for a plumbing issue. The plumbers were unable to fix the problem that day and asked to return on Friday due to a Christmas lunch, which we understood and agreed to. However, after the plumber left my kitchen, I noticed my cabinets were stained with the same black, foul-smelling substance from the drain, and my floor was also damaged. When I asked the plumber and his supervisor, Darryl, whether the stains would come out, they seemed confused and offered no solution. My son and I tried to clean the cabinets, but the stains did not come out. When I called to schedule the follow-up visit, I told the representative about the damage, and she said a supervisor would contact me. No one called me, but she did call my husband only to schedule the return visit. Again, we raised the issue of the damaged cabinets and were told the supervisor would come to the job site. The plumber completed the job, but no supervisor ever came. When my husband asked, the plumber said the supervisor was ‘too busy’ but that he would ‘stay on him.’ It has now been over a week with no contact from a supervisor. My husband spoke with someone from the company again, explained everything, and sent photos. We were told we would hear from a supervisor, yet more than five hours has passed with no response—though our payment was promptly taken from our account. At this point, it feels like this company does not respect its customers or their homes. We paid nearly $1,700 for plumbing work and were left with damaged kitchen cabinets and flooring and no effort to make things right. The plumber even tried to blame us, claiming the substance was all over the kitchen because we put it in the sink. We have had this same type of work done in the past without any mess left behind, and the second technician who came out was careful—he used a mat to protect the floor and worked neatly. Customers should be able to trust that their home will be left in the same condition it was in when the company arrived. This technician did not do that and appeared more focused on getting to lunch than on protecting our property. I would urge others to proceed with caution and pay close attention to the company’s 3.6 rating before choosing to use their services.”

My experience with this company was easy, quick, and thoroughly pleasant. The person who answered my call was extremely knowledgeable and managed to get someone out to me in less than half an hour. Darrell, a supervisor and plumber, immediately identified the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. He was kind, informative, and great at his job. This is a competent, affordable option for plumbing services. I won't use anyone else.

Didn’t unclog the drains, just lied and left the clean out cap off. I had to clear the clog myself. Didn’t even look at the disconnected line (the thing I had sent multiple photos and videos of, explaining that access was tight, that I spent half the day clearing bricks out from under the house for, the thing that I stayed home for work so that they could check out), but that didn’t stop them from quoting me over $800 to replace the line even though they couldn’t tell me why that was the best option….because they didn’t even look at the disconnection. Still cashed my check even though they didn’t perform any of the services I paid for. The owner called me, didn’t understand why I had an issue with them not looking at the disconnected pipe. Offered to have the same guy come back out (I had also brought up my concerns with him directly while he was still at the house)and charge me a higher priced evaluation fee (unclear why this wasn’t discussed during any of the multiple phone calls and messages prior to the appointment) I declined, figured I should find someone competent instead. They didn’t clear the clogged drain, reconnect the pipe, or tell me if it was broken or simply needed to be cemented/glued back together. Even left cardboard under the house and on top of the clean out cap. Basically, I paid them $55 to waste 2 days of my time and try to hustle me out of $800. The people who answer the phone have always been helpful, so I guess that’s worth the one star. My previous experiences had been positive, but how this whole thing was handled was unjustifiable.

Be careful with who you do business with. I never write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has compelled me to do so. Because I had work done in the past by this company, I decided to call them again. On Tuesday, Dec 17, 2024, I called them up around 10 AM and requested for a plumber to be sent to repair a leaking shower head, but I was told by Melanie that they were fully booked for the week. I told her to put me on for the next week to which she agreed. When I asked her for a day and approximate time of arrival, she told me " the plumber will call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. I told her that it was " ridiculous" especially when my wife and I both work. She did not care. Since I had no time on my hands I just let it go and said ok . That same day in the afternoon while I am at the doctor's examination room, my phone rings and it was Blair Plumbing calling. I excused myself and answered the phone. It was Melanie saying "the plumber is on his way". I explained the situation and told here that as soon as I was done at the doctor's office , I would give her a call and if the plumber was around the area he could come by. I was done within 45 minutes and gave her a call as I was on my way home. The plumber Daniel arrives around 3:30, and I lead him to the problem. He barley stepped into the shower stall and tells me " oh this is some high end stuff you have here and I don't think I will get the cartridge to fix it. I will talk to my boss and get back." This took him approximately less then FOUR minutes. He charged me $65 for this- to tell me that he could not fix the problem. Not used to working on high-end stuff I guess. As I did not hear from them for 3 days I called and spoke with Melanie. She said that she would send me an invoice to have the entire valve changed. When I received the invoice via email and noticed it was for a Delta valve plus labor , I inquired with her that if i provided the valve (my choice) how much the labor would be. She said she would get back with me . After several calls regarding the same, she has yet to get back. Totally obnoxious and a rude person. She thinks her plumbers are transplant surgeons and we are the organ recipients (recipients don't know when an organ becomes available). I hope the owner of Blair plumbing will read this review and check it out for himself. The best source of advertisement (positive or negative) is by word of mouth. By word of mouth, I got one of the best plumbers and had the leaked fixed yesterday 1-20-25. "Good bye Blair Plumbing Hello Norman" If I owned a business and I was losing business because of some rude, obnoxious employee, I would get ride of that person.

Blair Plumbing was a recommendation to me. I am glad I listened. They sent Darrell out who was polite, professional and informative. He ran into a few challenges while working on my house. He called for assistance and Mike showed up. Between the two of them, they were able to complete the repair and explained everything they found and everything they needed to do. They also pointed out a few issues we are having and offered to have someone come out to write up an estimate. I said we would look into that later. They politely excepted my answer without pressuring me but left with the knowledge that I have few minor issues. When I am ready to tackle the minor issues, I will call Blair. I trust they will do great work at a fair price. Lastly, I have to mention that they completed the job by cleaning up behind themselves. Darrel and Mike make a great team are great representatives of Blair Plumbing. Take the recommendation I was given and call Blair for your plumbing needs.
