This is my first time renting a house from a property management and the experience has been great! Anytime something breaks Dave is sent out within a reasonable time. I also asked for a storm door and Dave came out and installed it, my front door is a very tall door and Dave made the storm door look amazing! Dave has been out a few times to mud and paint some of the walls, he's very professional at mudding and painting as all of his work is very professional. Bell Management is very professional and also have a professional handyman, Dave.
