Absolutely terrible experience working with Phillip. We hired him & his son to dry & restore our kitchen & crawlspace after a leak. After signing paperwork, him & his son were never out to our property again, only his workers. After they had completed their work on the crawlspace, I knew something was not right. The mold they had treated was still present, but you could see lines where it had been sprayed, the vapor barrier did not go out to the edge of the ground & had multiple gaps & cuts, leaving exposed dirt. They also put the vapor barrier over garbage & clothing. After telling Phillip that I was concerned there was still mold he said it was just "staining". Got another company out to give a second opinion. They told me what I already knew & also provided photos of full mushrooms that are growing off of the subfloor. When I called Phillip to discuss these concerns, he pushed back on every single issue & tired to explain away every concern. When I continued to press that this was not quality work, he asserted that I was "supposed to be a Christian" and he's stated "I've dealt with people like you before". Despite being a Christian, I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Also of note, he billed my insurance for expenses I know he did not provided. He also keeps bring up payment, after being told the full estimate has been paid out by insurance, multiple times. Work aside, he did a awful job communicating with my insurance. Even after being asked to provided photos in 3 different emails, he did not & I ended up having to submit them myself. He then sent an unprofessional email "apologizing for offending" my insurance adjuster when she continued to ask him for documentation. At this point it is a complete loss for us. Insurance has already paid out the $7000 claim & I will need to pay for it to be fully redone out of pocket. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Reliable Restoration, Phillip and Daniel have been a great help with my Brother's Hail damage from the March storm in Owensboro, Ky. The home, siding, porches, and roof were really slammed and it looked like a bomb went off. Liberty Insurance was really difficult and denied everything at first. Our Sister in Bowling green knew them and Reliable went to work, generated a fair estimate, submitted it and pictures in insurance language and finally got Liberty to recognize siding & windows were broken, got it covered and performed replacement. They're not done yet! Reliable is still working on the roof replacement process (they deny it too!) and navigating the obstacles "Liberty biberty" keeps firing. (online Liberty Insurance purchase was an utter failure) Reliable continues to be a great middle man and gone the extra steps to provided support and understanding to help our family. They have spent hours and hours with Liberty, the State and us on the best steps and manage our expectations. Without Reliable and their insurance background, we would be nowhere! Thanks so much!

Reliable Restoration of Ky employees were very knowledgeable and professional. They replaced the moldy insulation under our floor and were able to dry the rest. They also dried the floor in our wash room, replaced the tiles and painted the wall they repaired. Everything went smoothly and the floor looks great! Would definitely recommend using them!

I had Reliable Restoration come to my KY home after the recent flooding here. I had several inches of water, okay, more like a couple feet) in my crawl space. Because of the water no heat for 3 days. They responded immediately to inquiry, and came out quickly to access my damage. Fair and honest, they make me feel like a family member that they were helping. They did what they said needed to be done, didn't try to over sell or over price during this tough time AND they did the work in a professional, yet friendly way. Highly recommend them!!!!
