This has been the biggest headache of my and my partner's life for the last 2 months (coming up on 2 months now). We have called MULTIPLE times and no one is fixing anything nor returning our calls. This is getting ridiculous. Joel, the project manager of our repair (or whatever) was very communicative up until we signed that we were going to repair the siding of our home with them. After that, RADIO SILENCE. The workers got done with repairs august 29th, 2025, starting on august 27th, 2025. This was the only time Joel reached out as our footer was cracked and would need replaced. After the workers left, we noticed a hole where the sump pump was, the barrier around the crawlspace entrance wasn't attached, and how there was now a cord for the sump pump going through our window. My partner messaged Joel these problems on September 4th, 2025 (I dated the photos for easier reading on this review). radio silence. He then called the office and let them know and again, they sent him towards Joel and Joel said he would fix it that next week. HE DID NOT. We have been calling about it for over a month to fix because it is getting colder and animals (like mice) will easily get into the crawlspace. Now for today; the gutters that they put back up have collapsed so they did not make sure the dirt was compacted before putting back in the piping. Siding should just slip together easily but they bolted it together. clearly that didn't work. Now I, my partner, and whoever else need to dig ALL of the dirt out to fix that before water fills up, freezes, bursts that pipe, and we have water in that corner and will mess up the side that we are about to pay about 15k on. I'm tired. Oh yeah, the only place to reach back to us was the billing department. THAT'S HILARIOUS.

The 3 man crew was incredible ! They worked 10 hours a day and barely stopped for lunch. They were very cautious about protecting the house and even the lawn. They were able to lift my walls back into place. See attached photos. Perfect clean up after the job was finished. Tom the project leader was great about following up. I highly recommend Acculevel.

I hired Acculevel for waterproofing my basement. Cannot speak to the quality of the work yet but I experienced several frustrations dealing with this company and I'm not sure how I missed so many negative reviews prior to working with them. First I had this scheduled more than a month out and the day of the work, the crew is more than 4 hours late. When they finally do arrive, I'm informed that the work they planned to do, they cannot even complete - a track system. 2 months prior an employee came by our house and did what i thought was a thorough inspection, which took around 2 hours and he recommended using the track system. Months go by and apparently the area of the house where this work is to be done, doesn't have a footer and we have to do a completely different system. So I have to make an immediate decision on if their alternative method is acceptable or not. Not only were they significantly late, wrong in their assessment, but they also left my house completely unsecured. My front door, backyard gate, and backdoor was left unlocked, and I was out of town all week, I could have been robbed. Lastly the wiring job done on my sump pump was completely amateur. It looks incredibly unprofessional with wires just laid everywhere. Edit (18 November 25 changed to 4 stars) Acculevel followed up with me and I've been very satisfied with their response. It doesn't undo my concerns or frustrations but I really appreciate their address of the issues so far. Additionally I experienced heavy heavy rain today and the waterproofing is working really well.

I had 5 post and beam installed in my home. The rep repeatedly said the service team will automatically come out and adjust these posts 3 times within 2 years. That's what makes Accu level great. So after 6 months and no call from Accu level I called them. I found out that is not the policy and the customer has to call every time. So I scheduled service to adjust the posts. Once the technician got there he looked at the posts and said there is no way he can service these because he is too small for the job. He also said there is only one technician that is big enough to do so but he gets sent all over a 3 state area so it could be awhile. He than called the office and explained the situation to which I had to wait for Another technician to come a few weeks later. Now that guy showed up and was telling my wife that he was unsure what he can do because the posts are out dated style and it takes two people to service them. Also asked if he could use my kids play chairs to stand on to make the adjustments. I don't know if he got to all five posts but 2 days later one of the posts almost fail on my kid. With luck I was there . When I called Accu level they said it would be 11 days before s technician could come out and they didn't seem to worried about what happened. I told them that this should be an emergency and someone needs to come asap. Later that day they called back to say we can have someone there in 7 days, so a week after the incident. I can not believe that this company is not showing any urgency to take care of a situation that could of gone really bad due to there workers not being able to do the job they have been hired for. So far my interaction with this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you are considering hiring this company to do any waterproofing or foundation work, you need to RUN. This company, its management and its employees are 100% incompetent. In January of this year I contacted Acculevel to have my basement waterproofed. They performed work at my home in January and March of 2025. Persistent water issues continued with no reasonable repairs from Acculevel. I filed suit in small claims and pursue legal damages. I won judgment against them for damages to my home. Beware of this contractor. This company is a joke. Look at all the bad reviews, the “Owner” answers them but completely ignores this one because he knows they tried to screw me and I took them to court and got my money back. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Our technician's name was Jackson Oliver. Jackson arrived on time and was able to answer all of our onsite questions. We are currently in the process of examining our required 3 quote/bids. We will have some additional questions and our representative will be getting back with Jackson as well as most likely the other two companies. This project is our number one priority. We are working daily to get it handled. We appreciate Jackson's professionalism and Acculevel's commitment to excellence, as they have done work for us in the past.
