My basement Flooded… I had to have the window egress redone, As well as some waterproofing. Porter house got me in touch with someone who could handle that portion and then they came out and put the drywall back on my wall as well as fix the flooring. They were extremely friendly, extremely easy to work with and honestly, some of the nicest contractors I have ever worked with. Everyone on their crew was extremely nice professional and great to talk to!! They were recommended by some neighbors in my neighborhood. He also didn’t try to upsell me on anything either. I asked him if the window needed to be replaced and he said no, He was flat out, honest with me, He said that with the repairs done From the egress team, I did not have to have the window replaced. He could’ve said yes and tried to sell me more. This company is one of honesty and integrity, and I honestly appreciate it. This is not a paid review, I do Not work for them, and I do not know them. I just know they did one heck of a job for me and honestly, it made my day

His team consisted of a blend of resources and each person we encountered followed that same attitude. All issues we reached out for were handled. We have even been given additional support for further projects. Clear communication was given. Excellent work was provided. Very glad we went with them. Thank you for the work, it means the world to find good help. Update: Partnered with Porterhouse contracting 5 months later and I am glad to say it was the same amazing service. This time we had the roof replaced. Our home is 124 years old this year and James really broke it down to a level I could understand on what would be replaced and what wouldn’t be. They were respectful to the home and really made sure to dig deep for solutions into all my concerns. It was very helpful. We even had a side request for an extra entryway to the attic and his team was able to accomplish it within the same time frame. We already know we will be working with Porterhouse for our other bathroom remodel in the future! Thanks again.
