I had a chance to contact the “ Mold Removers, LLC.” Company. I was very pleasantly impressed with the highly professional attitude and conduct of Buddy Crider, his expertise and abundance of knowledge was only matched by integrity and honesty. He conducted a thorough inspection to determine that there was no mold to be treated refusing even to be paid for his trip to our home and back. He commented “ We do not charge for inspection.” I could have thought of tens of other companies who would have charged for coming, some may created a job out of none, and even expensive treatments taking advantage of our inexperience and anxiety for our and children safety. I am very grateful for professionals like Buddy and companies like his. I recommend them very highly and they will be always the source to refer to to if any of my friends or acquaintances come to need their help.

Buddy was great to work with. Our need was urgent as we were selling our house. He was confident in a remediation plan( and he was right) for airborne mold. He even told us that we could remedy over time with just a dehumidifier, but since we were selling we needed treatment. He was very courteous and patient with the home buyers , who were very difficult and demanding.

We found some unexpected mold in the garage shortly after closing on our home. The mold removers were able to get us an estimate, and eliminate the mold. I'd say 4.5 stars if that was an option. It would have been nice if they could have come more quickly. They gave us a date later than we were hoping, and were able to stick to that date. The mitigation involved the removal of some dry wall without replacement as indicated. It did feel more expensive than I had expected. They were clear in their estimate, but for the amount of work involved, I feel the price was a bit steep. Still, it is hard to find a company that communicates clearly, and follows through with their promised service without any "issues" popping up. The Mold Removers were able to do that.

We had some water get into the basement and we afraid of mold. Buddy Crider came out to the house within a week of leaving a message. Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. We pulled off baseboard along one wall and checked thoroughly. Within 30 min of arrival, suggested replacing baseboard but no other action. No charge for assessment. could not be more pleased with outcome, Buddy C, and with The Mold Removers, Inc.

I spoke with Jim and Buddy on the phone and they were both extremely professional and just genuinely likable! The guy that came out for the inspection was friendly and informative. The crew that remediated the crawl space and replaced the vapor barrier were also professional, kind, informative, and just good people. They let me know about an issue I had with my Hose bibs, and how to properly ventilate my crawl space, even going as far as to properly secure my dryer vent that had been unhooked for who knows how long. I absolutely recommend The Mold Removers!
