He explained everything clearly—what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and how the work would be completed. He truly went the extra mile to make sure our home would be structurally secure, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. I also want to thank Jai’Seen and Jalen—they are wonderful hard workers. The entire team has been polite, understanding, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone. Nikki Myers was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind and professional and knew her job. The crew that came to do the actual work were from St. Louis - Drake was their "foreman". They came all the way from St. Louis to help with back log of work for Fort Wayne, IN. They did the job and kept me informed as to what was happening with each step. Pocket digging and backfilling is the way to go. That's what they did on the back of the house. The east end and front of the house, they dug a trench and then backfilled - leaving quite a mess for elderly people to have to contend with, but I guess that's all part of it. Photos show back of house after backfill - not too bad, we can handle that. The other pic is the front of the house and the east end is even worse - not sure how we're going to tackle that. But our house is stable and it's warranted for life. Thanks Ground works!

We had some issues the first go round but Levi, Zach, Jacob, Geo, and Chandler came today and went above and beyond to make things right! I am very happy with the way it turned out and they definitely had their work cut out for them! They were very respectful, cleaned up well after themselves, and even took a couple mins out to pet and play with my pup!

I had an amazing young woman at my house today, Nikki Myers. She was very knowledgeable of how groundworks’ processes and very detailed in her ability to access my kitchen sloping issue. Nikki made me feel at ease and gave me a strong sense of trust in the company and her. Thanks so much for taking your time. Today, Ceddy Brent and his two man crew came to reinforce my kitchen floor. They were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of explaining why they were unable to do the work as schedule but managed to go under my kitchen floor through the basement and not cut up my floor as originally thought! I was very happy with the work and will highly recommend them and use them again!! Thanks so much

The communication was a bit confusing to get 4 supports put in my crawlspace. My inspector told me two days before the workers came out that I would have a team lead by Zach. Then day of, I get an email/text saying Timothy would be arriving soon. But the team that did wonderfully on my supports (the reason this is a 5-star) were Levi, Jeffrey and Michael. They were in and out in under 2 hours, didn't bother me or my pets one bit. Levi was very cool and helped everything go over smoothly

The complete crew of Wesley, Chase, Kody and Will were very professional and friendly. They kept me informed of all they were doing and how everything worked in lifting the house. When project was finished, the cleanup was complete. The project inspector, Patrick Richardville, was very professional and complete with estimate. Patrick informed us on what and how project would be done and worked with scheduler to set up dates for project.
