Gabriel was wonderful. He was very professional, explained everything that he was going to do, and was meticulous about cleaning the carpeting. He made sure that I looked at every room that he did to approve his work. I will request him every time I have Stanley Steamer come out. Marvin had my family so happy when we made it home from the airport & my family stayed he was a very smart and polite technician , very knowledgeable and went the extra yard to get my mother & father satisfied with a stain we hadn’t been able to get out in 7 years and multiple visits or prior cleaning of different areas ,no one ever offered to do a demo on our tile which he did or to try and help get the stain up off our hardwood floor his eye saw it and was so attentive darn it Marvin The magician as we call him now fixed that eyesore , the carpet dried and looks and smells so fresh and new!!5*****’s!!!BRAVO STANLEY STEAMER !! Make sure this all-star stays on your team! He needs to be recognized He needs to probably be a training manager & teach these past techs/future a thing or 2 and can be a great lead example to the technicians!!!

Marvin did a fantastic job! We have two huskies who like to jump on and off the couch and after awhile I just felt like they had a pet odor to them and they just felt dirty. Prior to the cleaning I wanted to just throw them away because I was so embarrassed. Now they actually look brand sparkling new and i'm so happy! The overall service was definitely worth it and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a great fast cleaning!

The crew person was very respectful and took care to cover his shoes. Our tile and grout looks so much better; almost like it did when we bought our home 8 years ago. The basement flooded and even after cleaning with bleach we couldn’t get the grout right. He did an excellent job.

The guy that cleaned the carpet was great nice attitude and understanding but the carpet looked exactly the same as it was before the cleaning. Not one stain was removed or even lightened. One stain in my bedroom (last photo) looks like the carpet has been bleached. Spoke with a manager who agreed to have the cleaner take photos of the stains and schedule a manager come out to specially treat the stains. I haven't received a call yet. Will update if this is rectified but currently as it stands I wouldn't recommend.

Deandre was very professional and very honest about my carpet, he cleaned several times and put extra stain remover on it. but it’s definitely need to be replaced. but majority of the carpet came clean. the results are very nice.
