I recently had a slow leak in the drain pipe behind kitchen cabinet in the wall. It's one of those cases when you leave home in the morning not expecting any issue, but come back in the evening and see a water dripping from garage ceiling and have no idea what to do. I called several companies and Rapid Restoration Team was the fastest to respond. Tommy came within an hour or so to asses the situation. Since i had no clue where even to start, he walked me through the process of how to handle my case. He advised next steps to take, and worked with my insurance and field adjuster to figure out needed details. Unfortunately, my case was not qualified as sudden loss and insurance declined coverage. At the time, when most remediation companies would walk away. Tommy and his team prepared a case with all needed details and supporting documentation to take with my HOA for review and see if that would be something that they can cover. I didn't even have to ask - the Rapid Restoration Team took the initiative themselves. I truly appreciate it!

My husband and I would give a 10 star rating if allowable. Tommy, Cindy and the entire crew were excellent. Found the flooded basement at 7AM on an Friday and they were here by 10AM. They worked non stop until all soaked carpeting was removed and furniture was stacked above the wet cement floor. Drilled holes where necessary and placed fans around the entire perimeter to ensure the drywall was dried properly and NO MOLD formed. Tommy came everyday day to take moisture readings to make sure the moisture was being properly eliminated. Our insurance adjuster was very impressed with the work completed and the fast action taken to reduce and control the total damage. In addition to their own work they provided us with names of contractors needed to complete to the work required to bring our finished basement back to the original status. We had to have doors replaced, all the baseboards, door frames, and the entire basement painted. We contracted with Rapid Restoration to pack, remove all our furniture and place in storage until all construction work was completed. They took photos of everything, and when we were ready for the furniture to be returned and set up they placed everything in the appropriate place including hanging paintings, woven wall hangings, and placing photos on shelves etc. They did an excellent job making our very ugly situation as painless as possible.
