It’s been such a pleasant experience using ARC Insulation. David came to my home to see what was needed. I’ve lived in my home for 40 years and it’s always been uncomfortable. I had open vents in the crawlspace causing all of my floors to be ice cold in the Winter. I only had about 2” of cellulose insulation in the attic. Now it’s finally up to the current code of 15” and I can already feel the difference! Antonio and Mauricio did a professional job with the work and were very nice and shared photos with me. I would recommend ARC to anyone looking for a fair price. They aren’t pushy in the sales process and only offered services that would benefit me and my home.

This was our 3rd time using ARC across various properties in our family. Even though we shopped our spray insulation project for our new house we just bought, they were willing to stay competitive on price and pointed out how the spec of their insulation was better quality then the other quotes we got. Our whole attic was spray foam insulated (with old BAT rolled insulation removed) and the results were amazing. David P on the sales side was smooth as always, and the install team of Victor and Pedro got the house done in under 2 days -- as estimated! Job well done and we will continue to gravitate towards ARC for future needs!

I ordered an Aeroseal service from ARC as part of my full HVAC system replacement, including a new furnace, to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort. Mark, who I believe is the sales representative, explained that the cost would be $300 for a duct test and an additional $1,700 for the Aeroseal service. When the technician arrived for the test, he immediately noticed significant gaps and holes in the ductwork and mentioned that Aeroseal would definitely be required. However, the test was never performed. Despite that, Mark later sent me an invoice for $2,000, still including the $300 charge for the test. When I discussed this with him, he insisted that the charge remained, claiming that the technician had to come out anyway. When the Aeroseal technicians arrived, they were very professional, polite, and efficient. They set up all the equipment, sealed the vents, and completed the process. At the end, I asked whether they had performed the duct blast test, and they said no. When I called the office, Mark again insisted that it had been done, and his tone was dismissive, saying things like, “Well, the guy showed up for the test and you didn’t want him to do it - who do you think is going to pay for that?” I believe that conversation could have been handled more professionally and respectfully. Attaching a few photos taken after the Aeroseal was completed. Although the report results look good on paper, there are still a few areas that appear unfinished or not done to a professional standard. Picture with interior duct, the holes are not sealed, and the light is going true (it is not the clear glue) Send the same email like this review to the ARC President and after a while got short reply that he will discuss this with the team internally No apologie No nothig Do not waste your $ on Aeroseal with them Unprofessional office staff

We had our old attic insulation removed and replaced, and the entire experience was excellent. Steve Garrett was our main contact. He was personable, experienced, thorough, and responsive. We appreciated his immediate responses to any questions we had. The crew that completed the work was knowledgeable, detailed, hardworking, pleasant to interact with, and worked well as a team. They took pride in doing the job right. Since the installation, we’ve noticed a huge improvement in the warmth of our home, and our furnace is no longer running constantly. We’re very pleased with the results and highly recommend Arc Insulation.

ARC recently completed an insulation project in my home that was built in 1862. The home had zero insulation in the attic. We worked with David and his team and they were absolutely fantastic. Super professional and a pleasure through the entire process. My home is super cozy now! I highly recommend ARC.

Box sills were insulated in October. My home had a mouse problem for the past couple of years and paid a Pest Service (all they did was put bait boxes outside). Found information to insulate your box sills where the small leaks are allowing cold air and pests to come in. Wish I knew about this solution before. Now, absolutely no evidence of mice, spiders, webs, small bugs..... All perfectly and expertly sealed. Basement is warmer and less damp and wood floors above are warmer. ARC Company was excellent. They were easy to talk to and the crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was sealed off and debris expertly removed . Old insulation had some mold AND dead mice.... UGH!!!! Everything was cleaned up and installed perfectly. Crew was professional, courteous and outstanding.... Wasted too much money on Pest Service and should have insulated with ARC . Highly recommend services and crew. Money well spent for great services and results.

We hired ARC Insulation for an ~$8K (10 hour) project that included attic insulation, drywall work, and roof fan installation. The crew was friendly, and the home feels cooler, but there were NOTABLE ISSUES with communication, cleanup, and installation accuracy. What went well: • Crew was polite and respectful inside the home • Noticeable improvement in home temperature • Salesman did a good job communicating what they would do before the project. He was off on his estimate on when the project would be scheduled. He said they are scheduling 2 weeks out but it ended up being almost a 5 week wait. What could be improved: • Master bathroom fan was not vented as requested, leaving an unneeded bathroom powder room being vented. We had to waste time and another day off work to get it resolved. • One worker barely spoke English and the other had limited communication, which led to errors • Outdoor cleanup was poor — 6 nails, insulation, and soot left on the driveway • Attic access area left dusty/dirty after work Overall, the end result is an improvement, but for this type of expensive project — and with workers performing such hard work — a manager or supervisor should be present at the start and end to verify details and ensure quality. The customer shouldn’t be the one finding all these installation issues…

Until I found ARC Insulation, I had almost given upon finding the insulation contractor my partner and I wanted. Our top three non-negotiable requirements for our foam insulation were the following: 1. Closed-cell foam insulation - high highest thermal resistance 2. Highest current green/sustainable rating 3. Fair price, for 1. And 2. above, according to our trusted architect. With ARC we found all three and their sales rep: the only one of eight previous sales reps who brought samples of various types of insulation. We had done our homework with architect and wanted closed-cell foam yet never seen an actual sample. In addition, ARC answered all the questions we had before our down payment and leading up to install. Someone from ARC always replied sooner than 24 hours although they guaranteed return call in 48 hours. From our experience this has not been the case with too many contractors. Furthermore, the install went smoothly: the crew arrived on time; technicians were well informed, respectful, polite; and the two men completed work within the timeline they told us they would finish. After going through a nightmare of a remodel the last three years, installation of spray insulation by ARC was truly a gift! Best of all - our house home has remained warm the entire day after being heated in the morning. There is no doubt that the closed-cell foam insulation installed by ARC was the way to go. Icing on the top is the green rating of the sustainable materials.

The process with ARC was crystal clear and well handled from start to finish. David, the energy specialist, took time to answer several questions and educate me during the consultation. Combustion tester was polite and worked effectively so the door didn’t have to be open too long. Eleazar, who led the crew, took time to show me photos of the results after each of the work days and kept the workspace very neat considering the material they are working with. All that, and when they encountered some uninsulated water pipes in the attic they boxed them off and sealed them at no extra charge. I don’t expect to ever need to, but I would hire them again with confidence.

Great communication from start to finish on my project!! David (initial consultation and sales) was very easy to work with, very patient, very knowledgeable. The crew (Victor and Pedro) were professional and friendly. I appreciated how hard they worked, their attention to detail, and how clean they kept everything. The insulation looks so good — what a difference!! We will definitely hire ARC again!!
