Prior to retirement, I spent thirty-four years as a consultant to the carpet industry, much of that time was spent advising of commercial carpet maintenance. My comments are backed by considerable industry knowledge… Gem’s recently cleaned the carpet in our home with remarkable results. The carpet is off-white color and routine traffic lanes had darkened due to repetitive use and insufficient care. They were able to restore the broadloom to an exceptional level of appearance. Lead technician Luke is knowledgeable, skillful, and professional! Luke and Adam were easy to work with as they diligently restored and improved the overall appearance of our carpet.
