Teamwork is the dream work. They came in to get it done, and they got it done! Even on New Year’s Eve! Don’t bother calling anyone else,!!! Only Mr. Rooter, they are the best! They refused to stop short and did everything to get things working perfectly again.

Started with a backed up sewer line. One guy came out tried to clear line but couldn’t get thru so he said need a guy to camera it, he will be out between 9-noon Saturday . Waited till 1:00 on Saturday get a call family emergency, will have to come Monday . Camera guy came said problem isn’t from inside house it’s from City clean out to our check valve. Now another day past Shawn came out tried to Rooter root from street to check valve and said can’t get thru to many roots from the tree which made sense, will have to excavate down to line and replace up to 6 feet $6952.00 and problem solved . Now we are done and with out checking to see if line is clear fills hole in and I said aren’t you going to pressure test line to be sure no problems and the guys said. That’s not my job so we didn’t know different and the crew life . Friday morning my husband and had all the backed sewage to clean up in our basement so we are sanitizing after wards and the water backs up , I have a meltdown and call Mr Rooter they came out assessed problem decided we need 10 more feet replaced I said why would a company fill in a 8 foot hole only to have to excavate it up again . Well that’s what has to happen but that will be 15,000.00 I’m really upset and Shawn says tell you what. I’ll probably loose my job but no if you sign contract today I’ll do it for another 6952.00 . We are on SSI and do not have that money. Wish I’d have only put 50% down not paid in full. I said give me overnight to discuss with husband. I called our local Bill King plumber which he was out of town when issue started, wish I’d have just waited a week but it was right at Thanksgiving and family was coming to dinner,. So Kings plumbing came over at 6:00 pm got camera and said with video they only replaced 2 1/2 feet of pipe you still have roots on the other side we can do a grater and get removed but it’s only going to last until roots find way back in. So 1,000.00 all is good. Now next year tree will be removed and will get bid to either sleeve or excavate to fix but who cost maybe 3.000.00 not 7 or 15,000 , but it will not ever be Mr Rooter again . FYI I know of another family in town they are doing the same thing to only they stopped payment on the 15,000. And in process of disputing there 8,000. As fraud is fraud.

I asked for someone to come out and take a look at a smell we thought was coming from the septic tanks. I asked what my fee guaranteed me. She said it was their trip and that the guy would run the snake. I told them it wasn’t a clog it was something to do with out septic or piping part of it in the basement. When the guy came he said he was not a plumber multiple times and that he recommended a camera to be ran. I asked him to run the snake to eliminate possible causes. He said no because he found no sense in doing something when that was not the issue. He collected the $100 fee. Then when the plumber arrived he only looked at the outside of the septic tank but did not go downstairs. How is it that a diagnostic is made without looking at the whole problem. No camera was ran. So what did I pay the fee for? I get covering a portion of their trip but when I asked what the fee covered none of that occurred. I asked for a refund they only refunded $5 saying that that was the cost of the camera that was not ran. I asked about the fee for the snake and they said they charged the fee becuase it was ran. I told them is was not RAN. To refund me. They were going to send it to their accounting weeks ago. Nothing else was refunded. Essentially paid for a service I did not receive. Do not recommend. Zero stars for bad service.

Was quite happy with Sean. He fixed my clogged pipe problem in less than 20 min. Not as happy with the tech that came the next day. To be honest, if I had to replace the pipe the 2nd tech insisted I needed to do and by the phone message he left afterwards, I wouldn't go with this company.

I would recommend them to anyone everytime.. the first gentleman came out John talk to me about issue sent out another gentleman today Brandon he was wonderful as well poor guy lost camera in my plumbing pipes.. accessed the problem gave estimates and then helped with info help with financing.. he was great .. they will be starting work to fix issue within next 24hrs. I'm happy despite the craziness of the circumstances..

I don’t usually write negative reviews for business’, but this company deserves it. First, they overcharged me for a simple operation (hydro scrub…. ~ $1,400). Also, as I was in the other room, the technician purposely bent the toilet valve so it would leak and he would have to change it for ~$200! Since the service was done, the toilet still clogs (9+ times) with just a flush of water! Do I regret doing business with them; unfortunately Yes! I would stay away and choose a different company.

Why is zero stars not an option. Do not trust this company they want your money and the most they can get. Sales people get paid commission and have to sell digs. They wanna $6000 dig in basement or in yard. And best would be there high percent loan and take it to the max. Tried to take my grandma for all she was worth. She got a second option and for few hundred bucks is flowing great and is not in debit
