TKO Home Services was great to work with. Bats were found in the attic of home I was inspecting prior to purchase. Due to a quick closing, TKO provided service to the seller for bat exclusion and sealed the home to prevent reentry. After closing, TKO returned to remove dirty insulation, sanitize the attic, and install new insulation. Ryan was easy to reach via phone and text. His crew showed up on time and completed the work in the estimated timeframe. They took great care of my home to protect floor surfaces and the window that was used to move insulation in and out. They cleaned up any debris that fell and I would never know a major project took place. Thanks Ryan and crew!

My wife and I found Ryan and his brother after hearing screeching come through our walls one evening. They were quick to respond and were at the house for their observations within 24 hours. They were then able to explain the process of the animal removal, and their process/ traps worked! They cleaned up our attic and sealed our entry points. Ryan and his brother always answered our call or were quick to respond. They were able to clearly articulate the issue and solution at hand, and pricing was reasonable (and included warranty). We are pleased, and will be keeping TKO Home Services in the future.

I would strongly recommend TKO Home Services. We bought a 30 years old home in a heavily wooded area. We discovered there was a pretty significant mouse issue. Ryan clear explained the process that we would have to go through to eradicate the issue and repair the home. The work Ryan and Tommy did came with a one year warranty to cover all the issues in the house that they addressed. They came and did a thought inspection of the house about 8 months after the completion and there was no more mice and no other issues. They did a great job and they were very professional and trustworthy. They resolved our issue and I give them immense credit.

Ryan and his brother came out because we had animals in our attic. They were very flexible with their schedule and were able to come out quickly. They were able to determine that mice have gotten into our attic. The plan was to put the bait down so they would go out and seek water, then they were able to make the repairs to the roof so they don’t come back. Their service was very reasonably priced and they are very nice family owned business. I would definitely give them a call for future projects

This is a company who cares about The customer, full stop. In the height of raccoon baby season, when other companies were stating 2 weeks just to set a trap, Ryan listened to our specific circumstances and came out after hours same-day, and had the Raccoons trapped within 1 hour. Further, he prioritized the remediation timeline based on health circumstances we have in our household. Polite, respectful and left the property looking like nothing ever happened. We called TKO and left a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call back right away. Ryan and Tom came out the next day to inspect our attic above the garage. We were having issues with birds getting in the attic and nesting. They discovered where the birds were entering into attic, and did a great job sealing up that area - completely taking care of the issue. Ryan also inspected other areas around our house and gave us honest feedback of what actually needed to be fixed. We had another company who came out the day before who gave us an outrageous quote that included things that did not need to be fixed. Sooooo, if you are looking for great customer service, people who are hard working and take pride in being honest and providing quality work - look no further- TKO is that company!!
