My husband and I were very impressed with the work that was done in our home we had a problem with mold we turned it into the insurance and these were the people that came out we were impressed with their professionalism. They were concerned about us are home and what we wanted done. I have never had anyone at this capacity with this kind of respect and honor for us and our home and that is amazing. I can trust them I don't have to be in the home when they're working and they are doing the best of their ability and the best for us I don't think you could ask for any better I give them a 150%. It has been a real blessing and I thank God for the experience and the job well done

The men at First Onsite and the subcontractors beneath them did a nice job in restoring our water damaged walls, ceiling, and floor. All of the work was completed as planned and their craftsmanship was good. They even matched the color, look, and feel of the natural dark wood trim in our living room which was probably 80 if not 100 years old. Thank you, First Onsite!

I used this company for repairs to my home after damage was done to it. Their response was fast and very professional. All repairs were completed and in a timely manner. When waiting for materials or items to be delivered or manufactured, I was always updated by either phone calls or Emails twice a week. The contractors used for repairs were knowledgeable in their craft and did outstanding work. I will definitely use First Onsite again if needed.

Beware. For months I have communicated with them trying to get them to repair a roof job that is already leaking. The original work was poor, but it only leaks if the rain comes from a certain direction. They refused to stand behind their work. Considering the cost and more specifically their willingness to stand behind their work. This is your buyer beware.

Exceptional water Damage Restoration. "Someone" in our house left a facet run for 2+ hours in a sink that was clogged. The water ran over the sink, thru the floor to the 1st floor, then into our basement. What a mess. We were devastated. Water seeped into the walls and flooring and ruined our bathroom vanity, destroyed the floor coverings on two floors. Thankfully, I called First Onsite, what I was told was the premier water damage restoration experts in our area. Their team arrived promptly and immediately got to work assessing the extent of the damage. They used advanced drying equipment and techniques to thoroughly extract the water and prevent any further issues. Their attention to detail was remarkable and they kept me informed every step of the way. The professionalism and expertise of First Onsite personnel, in particular Tom, Cody, Ben and Chris gave me peace of mind during a stressful few weeks. They even interfaced directly with our insurance company. We are beyond impressed with the exceptional service and high-quality workmanship they provided. I'd be the first to recommend this team to anyone unfortunate enough to suffer similar damage to their home. You'll be well taken care of. thanks guys!

My opinion on the company called FIRST ON SITE. I would NOT recommend them for any work that you need done! They do not stick with the job until it is finished. The most time they spent at my home on any given day was two hours. I had to keep calling their coordinator to get work done. Along with at times he wouldn't even get back to us. When i finally got a bill i was shocked at the cost. We were charged for work that wasn't even done. I let them know i wasn't happy and the manager called and ask why. He said he'd look into and get back to me. That was 10 days ago and I've heard nothing. Great company First on Site. NOT!! I will say though the two youngs guys that actually did the work, were very good.

This company will steal you blind. They charged me $ 8,80.46 for building a temporary wall in my garage that was damaged by a storm. State Farm sent them to us and said they would take care of everything. Almost 2 months go by and we hear nothing from FirstOnsite. StateFarm rejected there high bid . State Farm then sent there own adjuster and told us they will not use FirstOnsite for our repair. so FirstOnsite sends me a bill for $ 8,080.46 State Farm payed me $ 5,000 to pay First Onsite. But they are greedy and want all of the money. Then FirstOnsite instead of talking to us and trying to work something out ,they put a lien on my house. I never sighed any contract with this corrupt company. They have tried to trick me in to paying the full amount. State Farm is not much better they have given me the run around. AVOID THIS CORRUPT COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Our insurance recommended first on-site. I wouldn't recommend them. We used them for a fire repair. I was really disappointed in how everything went. Never really got updates for how things were going or what was happening next. Had to have them come back n finish stuff they said was done. For example, no insulation in the attic, shotty painting in the kitchen, had to have it repainted, lights were missing or not working, shelves missing, horrible clean up.

Our insurance company (USAA - my husband and I are both Veterans) called them to respond to our report of a leaky roof. They came out and their employee laid a tarp on the roof as a 'stop gap' until further work could be done, to prevent further leaks. The quote the company came back with for the entire job was so outrageous - nearly 10K more than the other quotes we had received from reputable companies. We declined, but cashed out with our insurance company so we could hire someone else. It was then that we discovered these crooks charged nearly $800 for laying a tarp. That was all they did. Lay. A. Tarp. To add insult to injury, when our competent roofer was doing the job, he noted that the nails used by Perfection Cleaning & Restoration were too long, and not the appropriate nail for this type of job (according to the roofer we hired). As such, ADDITIONAL LEAKS sprang up in our ceiling BECAUSE OF WHAT PERFECTION CLEANING & RESTORATION HAD DONE. We took pictures of the nails, and how deep they went, and our insurance company (USAA) was appalled at the shoddy work. We took pictures of all of it, and sent it to USAA, and I hope USAA recoups their loss, because this company caused an additional $6000 of damage to our roof that WASN'T THERE BEFORE, and then had the audacity to charge 800 dollars for it. This company price gouges and I would warn anyone against hiring them for anything. Plus, their staff is unpleasant and appeared smug and indignant about the damage they had caused.
