Chris came out same day to help us with several rooms where our dog had gotten ill. He was honest, efficient and his prices were very fair. He protected our home from damage and was very pleasant to deal with. There is a minimum charge, which makes sense given all of the equipment that he has to haul inside, but just a heads up. Very grateful for Performance Services’ help. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We have used Chris from Performance Services for two great carpet cleanings over the last two years. Today Chris came to freshen up my carpet prior to the holidays. He did a great job, as he has in the past. Unlike our prior experience, I had a slight miscommunication about what time I had scheduled. Chris gave me a call ahead phone call, and when he noticed the disconnect in our timelines he graciously offered to arrive 45 minutes later than his initial ETA to allow me time to return home to unlock my home. Obviously this was an inconvenience for Chris and negatively effective his bottom line, but he affirmed his committed to exceeding customer exceptions as he was able to keep me on the schedule- before the holiday- regardless of I had made the scheduling mistake- he accepted the burden to make it right.
