This is prior to foundation work being completed. Joseph Dougherty is an honest, upfront and understandable Advisor. He explained everything in detail. Very friendly and obviously skilled in his profession. The prices quoted are very acceptable compared to other companies. We had several estimates done. Let me save you the legwork. Warning! Do no use this company. Not sure they have 4.9 rating, the reviews must be fake. The workmanship, quality, and care of the job was so bad. Showed up after the expected time at 11am, didn’t cover or make any attempt to block or keep the dust down in my house, everything is covered in heavy concrete dust, the finish concrete work is not professional, won’t be able to put a floor done over it is so uneven and bumpy, my sliding glass door got shifted from the jackhammer, the bottom of it when finished had concrete smeared all over it and not attempted to clean or make that look decent, the drain pipe going out the backyard had about an 1 inch of dirt clogs on top of it, so it’s not even buried, also left piles of dirt clogs around the trench for me to clean up, no management in sight to preview the job or look at the job after. I had to call two days later to let them know what was going on. Dumpest was blocking my garage for 5 days because of lack of management. The crew was at my house till 930 pm trying to finish the job. I had to finally leave and go to a bday dinner before they were done. I can go on and on about the lack of management and quality check of the job. I would stay as far away as possible from this business as possible even tho they might be a little cheaper than the leading quality companies that do the same work and have skilled laborers. So unhappy with the money I spent with this company.

I hired acculevel to come out in June to do an approx $14,000 job. (Interior drains and weep holes for the entire basement perimeter). You would think when you pay $14,000 that you would have a nice finish as well. Well, they didn’t. The drains appear to be functioning, but they did a fairly bad job on the concrete finishing. There were cracks in their concrete 1 week after the job finished. On top of the cracks, there are multiple areas where there appear to have been no attempt to smooth the concrete out while they were working with it, some spots are higher, some spots are lower, it just flat out looks bad. I thought this wouldn’t be too big of a deal, and maybe a crew or someone could come out and refinish it…. I have been working with their warranty department since June. It is now September. No one has shown up. I keep getting told people will come out, and then they do not. I called to ask about it, they said they’d check on it for me and call me back, they never call back. It’s unfortunate that we’ve got to the part where I have to make a review, but I’m hoping maybe this will catch someone’s attention at the company so we can resolve this issue. Alex from service came out and resolved all issues. Very happy to have him come out!
