I’ve rented multiple times from them, best price and you can keep it longer than just a weekend. An actual project dumpster. Double check with them how long you can hold it without paying extra, i think it’s 2 weeks. But I don’t remember for sure.

I ordered a dumpster and they brought out a smaller one than ordered. I called and asked to have another brought out during the job since the one they brought was the wrong size and they brought one right away. Great! Right? Nope, they charged my credit card three times which the credit card company picked up as fraud and canceled my card. United refused to pick up the dumpster until I paid extra from what was agreed upon originally. I tried to work with them but the owner who is "too old to argue" hung up on me and told me that the next day he'd pick up the dumpster and dump the garbage on my driveway. Guess what's on my driveway? A big pile of garbage. Thanks, United dumpster. Next time own up to mistakes than can happen and work with customers.

I suffered the worst loss of my life...my basement flooded in our brand new house that we just moved into and ALL mine, my kids and my husbands memorabilia were still sitting in cardboard boxes when the water came in. Needless to say we were in a crunch and this all happened on a Saturday no less, but the wonderful employees at United were such a help!!! Heather was the person who assisted in figuring out what size dumpster we needed and then Joey was the superb driver who not only came out to deliver the container but saw my husband struggling to move some items and he lent us a hand spending well over an hour of his personal time on a Saturday evening to make sure we got out anything salvageable from the basement. THANK YOU UNITED SEPTIC YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have called two times asking questions about their services and both have been so unpleasant. As a residential costumer, is not like we need their services all the time; therefore, we have questions and it's your job to answer professionally if you care about your business. The lady that answers the phone both times that I spoke to her has been very rude and unprofessional. If there was an option to not give a star I would do it because one star for this customer service is to much.
