Update to my original post: Michael and his crew came to install helical piers and lift the portion of my home that was sinking the day after Wolf and crew finished my basement. Again, communication was excellent. The work was completed efficiently, and they took the time to thoroughly explain each step so I felt informed of the process. Although the job itself was messy and my yard started out as a muddy disaster, the crew made every effort to clean up as much as possible afterward. The results were immediate, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Wolf and his crew did an excellent job on my basement. I had a stage 2 wall failure on one side, along with multiple areas where water was seeping in and even coming up through the floor. They installed steel beams to stabilize and push the wall back into place, put in a new sump pump, added a drainage system to direct water to the pump, and installed a moisture barrier to ensure my basement stays dry. From start to finish, the crew clearly explained the entire process. Communication was excellent — they answered all of my questions and made sure we were always on the same page. The workmanship was impressive, and you could tell they take pride in what they do. As a bonus, I even got to enjoy the karaoke soundtrack while they worked — Wolf’s Whitney Houston was top notch! I would absolutely hire this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing basement repair or waterproofing work.

The Thrasher team spent two days making several repairs in our basement. They were punctual everyday, very professional and very personable. I found it easy to ask questions and they all did a great job answering questions with details that I could understand as well as the why's. Customer service and clean up was awesome. The crawl space encasement looks amazing as well as the new beams in the basement. What a great improvement to this home.

I was very impressed with the amount of work done in a short time period as well as how much they cared for my home. The men were polite, friendly, answered my millions of questions, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The project is recently finished, so I have yet to see if the waterproofing is fully effective, but I am under a warranty that if I see any water at all they will come back out to fix it.
