AVOID THIS COMPANY. They forgot a very important step of putting roof flashing before shingles. Causing a bad leak in the kitchen. They ignore all attempts to contact/resolve the problem.

My wife and I recently moved to Iowa and engaged RENEW to replace an old deck. Initially they were engaged and did good work. That was basically September-October of last year (2021). They asked for full payment up front, which we obliged. With work still left to be done, they've basically ghosted us. No response to multiple emails or voicemails. The finishing parts of the deck were supposed to be installed months ago. The work was good, but the responsiveness was terrible. I won't use them again and am contemplating litigation to get them to respond to what they were engaged to do.

Do not use this company for mold in your car. We had called them about coming out because we had mold in the car. They came out. They worked on the car and guaranteed that if we noticed any more mold or smell they would come out again. We paid them and then called them again because we noticed that mold had not been removed and the smell was still terrible. they kept ignoring our (my husband and I) phone calls and never called us back, and I finally just gave up but I did want to post review to let everyone be aware to not use this company. And lose their money.

After getting an inspection and quote to remove some drywall and insulation above a sump pit, they stopped out the next morning to do the work. In and out in 90 minutes and uncovered the root cause of moisture being a poorly sealed sump pump discharge pipe on the outside of the house. Treated walls to prevent mold and having the problem identified provided great peace of mind. Using their recommendations, I was then able to put new materials in place afterward.

Initially renew was responsive and sent someone out to give a quote after the storm. I was told there would be a 3 day turn around on the quote. It has now been 4 weeks and I cannot get anyone to respond to a text, call, or email. I was really hoping to use them to do work but am now stuck trying to get someone else to come out.
