worst crew ever, i spoke to them about my daughters disability and how we need the floors to be completely stable for her walker and wheel chair access but they completely scammed me 29k down the drain. they still haven’t contacted me back. i’m sure the company blocked my number

Kale spent a great deal of time reviewing the repairs with me and creating an estimate that was within reason. The work this business does is very high quality and assured me that we would have no mildew or mold. They are friendly, professional and do a great job walking homeowners through the process. Kale was so great to work with. We had water damage and mold from a pipe in the building. Even though Kale was very busy with other projects, he fit us in and took care of the problem. We live in Arizona and all the details were done by phone, emails and pictures. We felt very confident and trusting with the workmanship of Kale and his workers. We would highly recommend MD Restoration. P.s. one of my biggest pet peeves is hiring a company or individual and they don’t return your phone calls. That’s not the case with Kale. He called me back each and every time I call.✅✅✅✅

My condo was flooded among dozens of others in Maui in December, 2021. I hired MD Restoration and it was the best decision I made in this crisis. The communication was extraordinary and every day a crew was on site dealing with the other 10 units affected, I was personally visited to make sure everything was going well. I chose to do a lot of the work myself as a contractor, but they still treated me like their best customer. Anytime I needed a little extra help, they sent a crew to help me for the few hours I needed them. Their crew is awesome; very sweet younger workers who fully understood my concerns. I hope that there is a promotion path for these workers because they are very special. I have always had a bit of a challenge getting services in Hawaii because of the laid back vibe that we also appreciate and visit because of. But when you are 7 inches deep in mud and water, you want immediate attention. I owned several companies before I retired and strived to be what this company is in their customer service response. I texted a message at 7PM on a Wednesday night hoping for an answer by midday the next day. Instead, I got a live response from Kale at 7:15pm. I cannot express how very valuable and unexpected that is. This is how it’s done, even though I felt a little guilty and spoiled. There is another flood response company on island, and they are larger with more crews, but Restoration Maui was still the very first company on site to respond to this disaster. I know this review may be long, but I want you to understand how sincere I am about this. I would never use anyone else in the future and this is by far the best choice on Maui for this service. You cannot do better.

MD Restoration Maui saved my 4-bedroom house. It was vandalized and I thought it was a total loss. Kale, Sun and the MD Restoration crew worked to make the house livable, again. Kale's great attention to detail made the house better than I expected. Kale and Sun is experienced working with insurance claims, which helped immensely. They are a little pricey (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5), but worth the cost. I highly recommend MD Restoration.
