I have been in the in the market for a new roof for about a year and came across Final Restorations of Georgia. They told me about their roofing process and I appreciated the transparency and frankness they had about the condition of my roof, what to expect for the process, and what to look for in the new installation. Ali and his team worked with my insurance for months to get as much covered as possible. Having Allstate, my insurance company took every shot they could at fighting any payout for roof damage they could, but Ali’s team kept at it and I am very happy with the insurance payout we received compared to the condition of the roof. I was able to contact Ali any time I had questions during the whole process, which took a while due to my insurance company. Installation went great and Ali was very responsive with any questions I had or issues I had. His team went through great lengths to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Final Restorations of Georgia for your roof installation.

I was matched with F.R.O.G through yelp. Said I was looking for a new roof. It wasn’t long after that I got a call. Within a couple days they were inspecting my roof. He had his own adjuster, I didn’t have to do anything. They filed the claim for me, they talked to the insurance adjuster and got a new roof approved, wasn’t long before I got a check and they came and put a new roof on my home. The roof looks great and they were very professional. They also repaired all the damage I did my house from a leaking roof. It was so easy and I didn’t have to do anything hardly. They handled everything. I thought this process would be stressful. It was almost like ask and forget. It’s done. Sit back and relax. I highly recommend. Ali was a pleasure to do business with.

Unfortunately, we had a bate and switch experience with this contractor. He outsources all his work to a third party and does not really come back to check on the work. The prices are over inflated and the work is poor quality. After a year, our drip edge is falling off our house and we have had to hire a new contractor to fix it. We also had to have him come back and repaint an area that we had already paid for. As well, the wood work on our door frame is also rotting. We have tried to reach out a number of times and have had no return call. Do not use this business, typical salesman.

We had a BIG project and a short timeframe. We were trying to get our house ready to put on the market to sell and the guys at Final Restoration of Ga did a great job. We had a few minor setbacks of unexpected situations that were out of their control and they stepped up to the plate to get the issues resolved. We had to delay our listing a couple of weeks to get the unexpected work that needed to be completed done and they finished it on time and almost on budget. We were only a few hundred dollars over budget but all in all we were extremely happy and more importantly the house showings,!pictures, etc were amazing. We already got an offer at full listing price before the house even went on the market. I would highly recommend them.
