We needed help with would remediation in our crawl space. Rolando, Orlando, Ian and their colleague did a great job underneath our house in confined conditions. They were well mannered and answered any questions we had in a professional manner. All the old insulation that was no longer useful was disposed of very neatly. They left the worksite clean. They took the stress away from how to get the mould out from under our house m and left us with a healthier home.

Crawlspace Medic did excellent work including 1) providing an up front detailed estimate, explanation, and options 2) clean out of the crawl space (Rolando's crew introduced themselves and did a great job) 3) installation of vapor barrier, French drain, and sump pump (didn't meet this team), and 4) final clean up (Jace's crew was friendly and thorough). The weather played a bit of havoc on schedule and communication concerning related logistics could have been a little better, but that was a minor issue. Overall I would easily recommend Cody and Chris's leadership and their teams work.

I had to have my entire crawlspace completely redone. I had horrible water issues and black mold everywhere! Crawlspace Medic came to my aid and completed the job in a remarkably short amount of time. They removed and cleaned all the mold. Encapsulated and sealed the crawl space and put the drains in around the entire foundation. Then they added two dehumidifiers and two some pumps; an incredible amount of work! They were very courteous, personable and professional. The team that did my work was great! I want to give a much deserved and earned Thank You to the Crawlspace Medic crew that did the outstanding job at my house: Rolando, Dakota, Taylor and Ian!!! Outstanding work and a great group of guys. They even helped me jump start my car! Thank you guys for saving my house!!!

I can't say enough about these guys. Cody and his team were amazing. We had full encapsulation, moisture barrier, insulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier installation and these guys rocked it out in 4 days. They kept me in the loop every day providing me updates. One day after requesting an inspection, Cody came to inspect my crawlspace and took some video documentation. The next day I received a quote. His offer was based exactly on my request to help me with humidity controlling and what he recommended- encapsulation and dehumidifier. There wasn't any push to sell anything in addition. After accepting the offer I got the services scheduled for two weeks later, they actually squeezed the job in and came one week earlier. It took two installers around 1 day to complete the job. They explained, what and why they did things and also how the dehumidifier works - very knowledgable, very professional. In the house, you can't hear the dehumidifier. But after one day, the humidity level in the crawl space is down to 53% (from 72 % initially). I'm very happy with my newly encapsulated and dehumdified crawl space. Super service from the crawlspace medics!!!

Initially, Chris and Cody were going to install a full sump pump drainage system in our basement. But, once they came back and did a job prep, they determined that was not the best course of action and made recommendations that did not benefit them financially.
