Eric from Branch Environmental Services has truly been a blessing during one of the hardest moments our family has faced. Our roof caved in from severe water damage, which caused the entire house to flood. We were forced to leave our home, and the whole situation was overwhelming emotionally, physically, and financially. But Eric stepped in and made this process so much easier on us. Not only did Eric and his team clean the entire home from top to bottom, but he also helped us pack and store our belongings in storage. When we struggled to find important documents afterward, Eric went out of his way to help us search through our storage units. I mean, who does that? That kind of patience, compassion, and dedication is rare. Eric always kept in contact, always showed up on time, and always went beyond what his job required. In a moment where everything felt chaotic, he brought comfort and order. We are genuinely grateful for his help, his professionalism, and his kindness. After much research and interviews with mold remediation companies, I was impressed with the Branch team knowledge of how to properly remediate mold and the order in which the process needs to be done. During the remediation, Eric, the project manager was always on site and did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the process. Jesse always maintained open and constant communication providing attentive and thorough explanations for each step of the process which was very reassuring throughout. Eleven days before Christmas last year we discovered a major water leak within the wall under our kitchen sink. During the clean up process, it was discovered that the old vinyl flooring (from 1985 when the house was built) in the kitchen and adjoining dining room contained asbestos. Branch Environmental was retained to handle the testing and asbestos abatement. Branch Project Managers, Eric and Ethan (who was new and was shadowing Eric), were so easy to work with. They kept us informed of the progress, explained the process, arrived on time each day, etc. Upon the completion of the abatement, Eric even reset the clocks on our appliances and investigated the sensor alarm on our refrigerator. We were very impressed with Eric, Ethan and their crew who started working each day upon their arrival only breaking briefly for lunch. We give Branch Enviornmental our highest recommendation.
