We simply cannot express how exceptional Craig and Damien were from the moment they stepped foot on our property until they left. (In the winter darkness). On arrival, Craig reviewed the job with D and I, so all expectations were mutually understood and then he and Damien dug in and tirelessly did the job stopping only when I visited to ask if they needed anything. With a smile both said: 'No sir, we're good' and continued doing the job. I contacted AquaGuard for an inspection related to Cracks on my walls that i suspected were foundation related. Kevin Arbogast was my assigned Project Manager. He showed up on time, was very professional and did an amazing job clearly addressing my concerns, explaining the identifies issues and provided options of repair. He did a thorough inspection of the building and crawl space. Thankfully i did not have any foundation issues but do have high moisture content in my crawl space that could potentially lead to mold and other unwanted damages. Kevin explained and showed me video of my crawl space and the test that he did to help get a clear understanding of what iam dealing with. Iam working on repairs to the Crawl space and would highly recommend AquaGuard due to their professional, no pressure services.
