I’ve seen Reynolds Mold Restoration working in my apartment and in another tenant’s unit, and the way they handled things was very concerning. Their workers went into contaminated areas without wearing proper protective gear. I also observed them creating an artificial testing environment by turning off air scrubbers right before a retest even though industry guidelines require scrubbers to be off 24–48 hours for accurate results. What I witnessed raises serious concerns about safety, professionalism, and the accuracy of their testing practices.
