They sent a contractor from Big Red Construction. The worse experience I ever had. He arrived at the subject property and reported he smelled weed and he doesn't want to be around drugs. I informed him that I was on the way to investigate since this was a rental property. When I arrived he changed his story to say it was 4 people looks like neighbors that went into the house next door and he was sorry. He went in to the property and proceeded to ask to come back tomorrow and I should give him the code. I explained that it was a rental property and I cannot provide that information or allow access without the tenants consent. He then walked around not taking measurements. He then called me to show a bag on the kitchen floor to ask me what it was. I informed him that I don't live there, I'm the property owner. Mind you the bag look like tea. He then got weirder and was stating he doesn't want to be around drugs. At this point I asked him to leave because I was concerned about my safety and he was acting jumpy and was diaphoretic. This was the most unprofessional and craziest experience ever. I wish I could give a zero star
