Coast to Coast Remediation saved me thousands of dollars. We had mold spores in our hallway closet. The first company who performed the inspection used a moisture meter and said we needed to replace the drywall on the entire ceiling around the closet. I called the team at Coast to Coast for a second opinion. They performed a much more thorough inspection and climbed into the attic. They identified the “moisture” that was being read was simply the cold air from the duct system. The ceiling was actually bone dry. They determined the mold spores were caused by heat from the air handler located on the other side of the closet wall with lack of ventilation. Coast to Coast removed the moldy drywall, installed a louver door, and added an extra vent in the hallway for a fraction of the price that I was originally quoted. These guys are true professionals and I’d recommend them for any job!
