This review was a long time coming. We were in our house for less than two years when the dishwasher that came with the house leaked and flooded the main floor and into the basement. The fire alarm started to go off and my wife was worried water got into the electrical. She was scared and with the children not knowing what to do. She googled companies and luckily she found the technician and this company. He was a calming voice and assured her that he has seen this before. His team were at our house the same night working till past midnight. They brought dryers and dehumidifiers and devices to check the water levels. After the drying was complete the technician worked with us constantly through the renovation process. He rented a storage unit and his team moved all our furniture and household items from the basement and the main floor, carefully and in an organized manner. He made sure were were happy with our floors our moldings and wall paint. He got all the water levels checked that it was all dry, the electrical, and the furnace checked. He went above an beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and when we felt overwhelmed he reassured us that others have made it through and so will we. It was a tough and scary moment for us but we got through and were very happy with the results. I have no regrets going with this company and I would recommend them to anyone else with 100 percent complete confidence. Thank you to the technician and team.!

They offer an excellent professional service. We suspected having mould issues in our house as I suffered with sinus issue and it was not getting better. The team came out promptly and pointed out what and where our problem were. We had the specialist as our inspector and were very impressed how professional she was with extensive knowledge on buildings and structures. The fee seemed expensive but it was all well worth it. Next time when we purchase a property we will make sure to get these guys to look at it.
