Regency DRT was the company our insurance sent to fix the MOLD problem in our kitchen. We're in the Tampa/St.Pete area, and Caleb and Manuel were the technicians who worked on our home. I have only words of praise!! They were thorough, clean, attentive with our property, and after they left we were able to move on to the next step of our project. The office manager Amanda is also a pleasure to work with. She stayed in touch with us throughout the process making sure everything was properly coordinated. I couldn't be happier. Very professional company.

My experience with this restoration company was deeply concerning. The scope of work and timelines were misrepresented, payment was taken upfront, and then the job was left incomplete with little to no follow-up or accountability. Communication stopped once money changed hands. I also observed work being performed under conditions that raised serious questions about permit compliance and whether properly authorized individuals were being used on the project. These are not minor issues — they directly affect safety, legality, and homeowner liability. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company verify permits, licensed personnel, and project terms independently before making any payments.

I'm a contractor hired by Regency to do this job. We did all the work as per the photos. the customer was very satisfied. we started this work on 9/2/23 and ended on 13/02/23. to this day we have not received a penny for this work. My finance department contacts Regency accounting every day, they just ignore us. For this reason, I want to leave it on record here for customers and service providers not to trust this company because it is not a serious and responsible company with its commitments. I'm 65 days without being paid for this job. my contract states that I should be paid within 21 days of completing the job. Sorry to bring this up, be careful it doesn't happen to you. Now I'm going to charge the owner of the house for the service provided at his residence.

We were told we had mold after a dish washer leak. Regencydrt was quick to respond They left two large machines which are soooo loud we cannot hear when talking with my wife. We then received a call for scheduling the mold inspector who could not come for 9 more days. I called REGENCYDRT and was told I could unplug one machine but do not unplug the Air Scrubber which is the one that makes the loud noise. My main concern is my wife signed a contract with REGENCYDRT that has no mention of financial responsibility. We accepted a contract without financial responsibility. We are very concerned what the Company we never heard of will charge us. We need some answers and relief from the HORIBLE NOISE. How much are we financial responsibility that we might have?

Can’t say enough good things about Regency DRT…specifically Shane and G along with their team. Storm damage and being displaced is hard, but I have been impressed with the attention to detail, care for our home, and how quickly and efficiently they have worked! They are working a larger scale project in our neighborhood and have made it feel very personal and like we are not just a number. We are now entering rebuild with them and it’s hard to believe how easily the whole process went! Thank y’all!

I contacted John Nunes vice president about this matter and he told me to kick rocks, I showed up to do an evaluation for repair to make right and was told the owner didn’t want me there, literally some tape lines, a few seams showed through drywall, all repairable easily, and did not constitute a non payment of $5000…it was literally dishonest on the Orlando office’s part. I’ve never been contacted and if the owner would like to email me or call me my name is Alan centurion the company is Creative Vision, they also tried not to pay me $1350 for another job I fixed from another contractor, for the Literal boss of one of the insurance companies Brian Lilly, until I contacted him and they made regency pay me promptly via bank transfer the same day, so they were very capable of paying me what’s owed even if they subtracted for repairs. Regency DRT was the given company through my insurance to repair an upstairs room and my garage. The project is 9 months in and still incomplete. Since initial date they have had a contractor who under quoted the job by 15k. They fired him without notifying my family about the change in our project manager. The new project manager is incapable and strings me along saying the project needs to be paused or he can’t get workers here. I am in constant communication with the VP John Nunes to get anything done at my home. Today at the 9 month time point I still do not have a functioning garage or completed repairs. I have been nice with the company and signed all my checks from insurance ASAP so they had money to pay their subs. My project manager rarely responds via text or call but is able to shake me down to sign a check while I’m in the NICU with my newborn child. I have fought to get any workers at my house but the project manager can meet me at the children’s hospital at the drop of a hat for money. Do whatever you can to avoid this company like the plague.

If I could give a negative star I would. In April I had a leak under my kitchen sink my insurance company Slide Insurance referred me to use regency DRT to do the motor mediation. They came out then sent in someone to do a mold assessment and for over a month I contacted them and they kept saying that they were waiting on my insurance to send a check. All the while, My insurance company told me that they had sent a check over a month ago and that regency DRT cashed it. I then canceled my order with Regency DRT because I don’t trust them anymore. I have been waiting on Regency DRT to send me a check that for over a month now. Every time I call them I get the runaround, they won’t return me or the insurance company’s phone calls. I’m highly disappointed and stressed out. I’m meantime old is growing in my home.

We had a water tank flood issue, called our insurance who then contacted Regency, and 30 min later we had Raymond here, equipped and ready to tackle the job. Raymond was informative, very professional, attentive, and and just the sweetest. On day 2 we also met supervisor Erik, who was also very professional, and caring. Thank You Regency for sending Raymond to take care of us, and for your very quick response in our time of need.
